This is not my first review for Melanie and it wont be my last. Please I beg people do not use this company, you wont receive anything. You will only get empty promises and one excuse after another.
Got married last year, 2 December. Was promised photos after 5 weeks. For the last couple of weeks when I ask, I am assured by Melanie I will receive the photos the following weeks, it's been going like this for 3 weeks. Last week I was informed by Melanie after requesting feedback once again I would receive them this past Sunday 21 January. I phoned last night and after a message I send stating I would have to come through to collect them myself, she message back and informed me I would receive them today 22 January, via Google drive. I asked once again and now my messages are just being ignored. Haven't received any photos as yet and just a bunch of empty promises. Honestly don't know if I would recommend them to any one.
Please stay away from this company, it is a ****. They are using Fusion Guarantees NCRCP number as well as their physical address. They require upfront fees. They have been reported for ***** from this company.
<div>On a black plan with mastercare, which includes same day service. I was only informed later that I am in an outlaying area, so they only come to this area once a week. Logged a complaint for a faulty washing machine on 23 October, a technician was assigned 25 October, collected washing machine, parts ordered 26 October. Parts received 17 November 2023, and repaired the same day. Still haven't received my washing machine to date. Phoned last week Tuesday they will inform me of delivery. Phoned last week Wednesday, the machine will be delivered the following day, the Thursday. No delivery took place. Friday 18:15 the driver wanted to deliver, informed him I am not home and won't be accepting delivery after 6 in the evening. Today Monday 12 December only to be informed they will only be in my area again Tuesday. Sick and tired of waiting for feedback from this company</div>
Ill give them a one star review for each day, they do not resolve this issue
We have an easy fix policy with Teljoy, one of our Tv's became faulty, screen went black and had no sound. Logged the faulty appliance with Teljoy, agent collected tv on his own pace and did not stick with original arrangements. TV was with agent for 3 weeks, he delivered the tv, still broken with a sticky oily substance on the screen. send the tv back with the agent immediately as it has not been repaired. After they advised me I would receive my tv back the following week Monday. As he is waiting on parts. Monday I phoned Teljoy to ask them what time I will receive the TV, I was told by the Teljoy technical department that they are awaiting quote on parts for approval. Tuesday no tv, Wednesday I was advised the agent will deliver my tv back to me as it has been deemed uneconomical to repair. Got the still broken tv back from the Thursday afternoon. Informed Teljoy the Friday morning the tv had been delivered, they gave me a payout of R111.78 for the unit. Dont know how I am suppose to purchase a new tv for that amount. Did our own Fault finding on tv the tv, the motherboard needs to be replaced as the HDMI ports is not working, so the screen goes dark when an HDMI cable is plugged in. The agent they appointed advised us after numerous emails to teljoy that the back light of the unit needs to be replaced. As per various emails with Marcel from Teljoy the agent already replaced 3 parts on the tv, which I am waiting to hear what has been replaced. Their service is poor, their agents appointed is absolutly incompotent. Truly would not recommend using them ever.
Been struggling for 2 months to change banking details, they always have high call volumes. Requested numerous call backs, and no one phones back.
On the 11 October 2017 I applied with Vodacom for a new contract on a Huawei P8 lite, so excited I was approved and told I would receive my new phone by that Friday the 13 October 2017. But I missed a call from Vodacom that Thursday, I Phoned back and asked if Vodacom can phone me again or if I could speak to the person whom was trying to phone me. A call centre agent told me that someone would phone me back before end of business day, Friday I phoned again and again I was told they requested a call back from the department that was looking for me. Monday 16 October still no call so I phoned again only to be told my phone is at despatch. So my phoned should be here any day. Tuesday I phoned again, again I was told my phone was at despatch, a technical error on their side, Wednesday same story. Thursday I was told they did not have stock of the phone and will only have by next week. so Today I phoned again and the call centre agent told me my phone is still at despatch and they do have stock on the phone. it is a technical error on their side. What is going on with Vodacom? Why is this taking almost two weeks? Everyday it is the same story? The only problem Vodacom has is customer service
<p>So my salary got paid late this month so the debit order did not go through for get savvi, so i have been emailing them asking for the banking details so i can make a payment, but no feedback from them with regards to the banking details. this is a policy that belongs to my mother and father, Both of them without any income, i decided to get them a small medical insurance plan. just forward me your banking details so i can make a pyament, wasting time</p> <p> </p> <p>Not even to mention me and my husband plan through them, havent even received our membership card yet, very disapointed</p>
<p>Submitted a fault with our DSL line, informed Telkom about this on the 01/06/2016. After numerous phone calls to Telkom, our matter has not been resolved. First the lines had been stolen, then they ordered new lines, then they had to wait for stock of the new lines, last week Wednesday the were installing new lines. The call center agents cannot give me any feedback on what is happening now. One of their Technition should have given us a call last week, and still nothing. A male call center agent said he will forward our qeury to a supervisor and still I have not heard from them. When one asks for a Technition number to find out whats going on they just say we dont have it on the system. Why must telkom be the only service provider in its field?</p>
