Hallo, Please explain it to me.... why does the medical aid going up every year, and every year you cover less ????????????????????????????????????? My wife is struggling with her ears for about 8 months now.... she does not sleep... crying everyday... WE CANNOT EVEN TALK TO HARD IN THE HOUSE !!!!, and after waiting to get approval to see a doctor that can help her... you don't cover grommets for ears anymore from last year on our plan !!!!!!!!! WHER DO YOU THINK WE MUST GET MONEY TO HELP MY WIFE ??????? Every year we must hear on the news how much profit Discovery has made for the financial year.... but you keep on pushing up the medical aid and also cover less ????????????????? YOU ARE *****S THAT STEEL FROM THE POOR... AND YOU DO IT WITH A SMILE AS WELL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish we could leave Discovery, but we can't because the work only approve Discovery Health !!!
ORDER - 149708500 I bought "TWO" Victorinox potato peelers RED bulk pack x 2 R77 per bulk pack x 2 When I bought it and paid it... there were nothing on the order or website that said there are no stock. My order was delivered and instead of 4 peelers, I only received 2 ! I phoned, and they told me that there were a problem at there warehouse with the packaging and they will send the two peelers asap. AGAIN NO ONE TOLD ME THERE IS NO STOCK FOR THE SECOND TIME !!! I received my order, and by surprise there were only 1 peeler instead of the 2 they must have send !!! I phoned again and they said again that there were a problem at the warehouse and will collect the the 1 they send and replace it with the 2 they owe me !!! AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME THEY DID NOT TOLD ME THAT THERE WERE NO STOCK FOR THE THIRD TIME !!!! Keep in mind... my wife gave the first two peelers to her friends that ordered it with her... and when I wanted to take the third one that we received last... my wife used it that day. So I was forced to drive 30km to here friends house to collect her peeler that was not used yet... and drove 30km back home. All on my expenses, because it will be ********* to send a product back that was used... especially a product that will be used on food. They then just let me know that there are no stock, and I will be refunded with R77 after no one for more than a week did not told me there are no stock !!!! I phoned and complaint about the whole situation and the cost on my full to collect the peeler and that I need the peelers to give it to the people that my wife owe it to... because the very same red victorinox peelers is over a R100 each that is available on takealot at the moment. I then received a mail from "TAKEALOT" that informed me, they will give me a coupon of R250 to buy the outstanding two peelers that I did not received. I was waiting for the coupon to buy the peelers, and then I received a coupon of only R77 ????????????????????????????????????????????????????? When I phoned and ask what is going on now, because the matter was resolved with the R250 coupon... They now just said it will only be the R77 I paid ??? HOW DO YOU SELL SOMETHING AND FOR MORE THAT A WEEK YOU DON'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT "NO STOCK AVAILABLE" AND THEN FIX THE PROBLEM BY INFORMING ME ON A MAIL THAT I WILL RECEIVE A R250 COUPON.... AND THEN CHANGE THERE WHOLE STORY AGIAN TO SEND A R77 COUPON ??? YOU ARE A *********... UNPROFESSIONAL... LYING TO CLIENTS COMPANY !!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TAKEALOT !!!!

My daughter got sick on Monday the 16th of January... went to her doctor in Krugersdorp and after two doctors have examined her, they told her to go the hospital because she have a very bad kidney bacterial infection... het blood is 4 x the normal infection rate and no medicine can help her now that they can give her, she must get help from the hospital. When she arrived at the hospital casualties and was examine by the doctor... Dr. van der Merwe also confirms that she have a very serious infection and need to be taken up in hospital immediately... DISCOVERY HELTH did not want to approve that she must be admitted into hospital, they said they will mail a document to the doctor to be completed and then they will decide if she can be admitted into hospital... my daughter can go home and they will let her know. Dr. van der Merwe told my daughter that she must come back asap... because she can get serious permanent damage on her kidneys... We are on Thursday and no one contacted my daughter... she is in very bad shape with pain... my wife and houseworker must carry my daughter to the toilet and back this morning... and when my wife phoned DISCOVERY HEALTH and they spoke to my daughter and told her that they are still waiting for the document from the doctor. When phoning the hospital, my daughter have been told that Discovery did not mailed any forms to be filed in by the doctor and that my daughter must phone DISCOVERY HEALTH because it is not there duty to phone them. My wife ask me to phone and see if I can get anything out of DISCOVERY HEALTH to help our daughter... after holding on for over 30min before getting to the right person and explaining her the situation and that my daughter is in bad shape... the only response on the end of the day we got from DISCOVERY HEALTH is that they will mail the form again to the doctor and it can take up to 4 days before they will let my daughter knows the outcome.... And this is the worst of all... the lady of DISCOVERY HEALTH told my daughter that she must go to a government hospital !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISCOVERY HEALTH you just proved again that it is all about the money and not about the people !!!! IF SOMETHING SERIOUS GOING TO HAPPEN TO MY DAUGTER OR SHE DIES OF THIS INFECTION.... I WILL MAKE IT MY LIFES MISSION TO TAKE IT AS FAR AS POSSIBLE TO GET IT OUT IN THE MEDIA WHAT YOU DID TO MY DAUGHTER !!!! I WILL BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE.... I PROMMIST YOU THAT !!! I received a Samsung Note 20 Ultra last year and by accident the screen broke in November... it cost me R10,000 to fix the phone... a colleague walk into me last week and the phone drop, screen is broken again. I phoned Samsung and the lady told me that MTN must have told me about the R1000 that I must have paid for two free screens if your break your screen, and MTN never told us about it... I phoned MTN in Lenasia and the person told me that them self did not know about the R1000 for two screens. I phoned Samsung South Africa and told them that even MTN did not know about it... but I will pay for a new screen, is there maybe a change that Samsung can give me a discounted price on a new screen, because no one have told me about the once off payment of a R1000 for two new screens.... SAMSUNG REPLIED..... SORRY NO DISCOUNT !!!!!! All good Samsung, you lost a client for live now, and all our companies cell phone contracts is done by me... I will never again take any Samsung phone ever again... we will all move over to iPhones with every renewal of a contract. To think that all my electrical appliances in my home is also Samsung, because I am a big believer in a Samsung product.... but with service from you just to say "No discount or help for you as our client"... I bought online from Builders Whouse on the 15th of January.... a month later I phoned and then I was told they will deliver the goods on Monday the 21st Feb before 17:30 and I hade no problem at all.... then delivery would be the next day.... and today is 23 Feb and still nothing !!!! Thank you for letting me wait in my car for an hour and a half for 3 days waiting for my goods !!!!! Very good SERVICE !!!??????
I was approved for a Absa Credit Card 3 weeks ago... I was told the courier will phone me in 3 to 5 days... Nothing happend and after 3 calls I was told everytime that the courier is waiting for delivery instructions... and all 3 times I gave them my delivery address. l also already received an statment last week where I was already billed R175... Yesterday the Absa lady told me that the courier people will phone me in the next hour... still nothing. I just phoned again... and was told again the courier is waiting for delivery instructions !!!! PLEASE CANCEL THIS CREDIT CARD AND I WILL NOT PAY THE R175 !!! THANK YOU !!!!
I'm looking for a new insurance at the moment... Mr. Johan Theron 082 693 7798 that works with me told me about Hollard and what good service he receive from you with his vehicle that is insured by Hollard... But Mr. Johan Theron bought a motorcycle this week and after I heard how he struggle to get his motorcycle insured by Hollard from Wednesday because of a system fault on your side.... There are no way that I will ever get cover by Hollard !!!! Mr. Johan Theron is on his phone for 3 days now, struggling with Hollard... I never saw a person struggle like this to get his motorcycle insured.... If I was him I would get another insurance for his vehicle and motorcycle !!!! People stay away.... that is all I can say !!!! BAD... BAD... BAD SERVICE !!!!!
I just cannot understand anymore..... It looks now if Discovery Health is looking for all ways out not to pay claims anymore !!!! We are a family of 5, we struggle just as everyone ells... but we pay our medical to Discovery every month... my daughter went to our doctor on 18th of March and they told us to go to the hospital, they can not help us... we went to Robertson hospital in Randfontein and the doctor help my daughter, and now we must hear that Discovery refuse to pay my daughters x-ray photos for that day... R2018.00 ?????? How do Discovery think we must pay this ????? When I phoned them now, the lady just told me that because a doctor referred my daughter to the hospital they are not going to pay the x-ray !!!!!!!!! What the hell is going on with Discovery now.... we struggle to pay you every month and now you force us to pay more ???? But on the end of every year we must hear how much profit Discovery made the last year !!!!!???? Is this how you do business now, by stealing from your clients that already struggle to pay you ???? PEOPLE NOTE THAT A DOCTOR ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SEND YOU TO THE HOSPITAL.... YOU WILL PAY YOUR OWN BILLS !!!!! THANK YOU TO DISCOVERY FOR STEELING FROM THE POOR !!!!!!!
