I have a loan at Standard bank, last year they said my payment did not go through but on my statement it clearly shows payment going through and payment is showing in the loan account. A mark was left on my name due to a non payment and my credit score has been affected! Till now it has not been resolved. Now I get a message saying my loan account has been suspended due to a non payment but payment has yet again gone through and I yet again have a mark on my name due to non payment, yet again, the payment has gone through and showing in loan account! Now my credit score will be affected again because Standard Bank is pathetic at sorting out any issues. I am till now still waiting for a consultant to call me back
Pathetic service. Ordered a BMW Z4 crankshaft from them in November of 2024 , paid R24000.00 for said crankshaft. Crankshaft arrived and we could not use it as it was badly damaged and beyond repair. We had to pay for the courier to send the crankshaft back and they promised us they would supply us with another crankshaft. We asked them to please refund us our money and on 13 February 2025, banking details were sent. Up until now we have not received and feedback from the owner Timothy, he does not answer his phone, does not reply on his whatsapp messages, nothing! His staff members say they cant help as Timothy has to do the refunds
So I went and upgraded my contract in December 2019 as I wanted a cheaper contract. The person helping me stated that my contract would only be activated in January 2020 as I came to them on the first. When I got home I noticed my contract was already migrated to the new contract, so I thought they activated it already, fantastic right? Not so much, in December I get a statement and it says I need to pay for my old contract for December, which is about 4 times the price of my new one, so I thought maybe in January there will be some form of compensation, so I left it. Get my statement in January and now they have charged me double, the new contract for January and the New contract for December! So I phone Vodacom and ask that they have a representative phone me back, couple days pass, no phone call but the problem has been resolved according to Vodacoms app. I phone them and they say they have decided to credit my account with R200 which doesn't even cover the new contracts cost! I say they need to contact me because I am not happy as in December I paid for an expensive contract and only had use of the cheap contract. A few days pass again and I get an SMS again, not a phone call, an sms stating that they are right in giving me that credit and not the other contract amount. I have been a Vodacom customer since I was in school and every time I have a dispute it seems that Vodacom care less and less about their clients.
Why am I getting billed for services on Vodafone live? I phone Vodacom and they say I am subscribed to services (which I never asked for or subscribed to) which I should cancel, I cancel all the services but yet I am still being billed for services on Vodafone live! Vodacom dont get back to you and the problem is never sorted out! Very disappointed in their services!
I am trying to sort out a billing problem on my account, I have not recieved a statement for the past year or so, I contact Vodacom and they say they will sort it out, a few months later I contact them as I still have not recieved a statement and this carried on until now, still not recieving a statement! I later do research into the contract they migrated me to and I find I am paying more than what I should be(as stated by one of their sales managers)I contact Vodacom, they say they will get back to me and after a month, still nothing! What does a person have to do to get some sort of response from Vodacom? On top of all of this I cant even Log Into my account on their website to view my statements because there is always an issue with their online services!!!
<p>I have a big problem with Wesbank, when you pay off a vehicle they tell you to inform them to request the Natis documents, I phoned them and requested the documents but, was informed there are no documents as it was an offroad vehicle. I later find out I have to pay license fees as the vehicle is still registered on the road, try writing vehicle off, need Natis documents, Wesbank again inform me there are no Natis documents. This has been going on for the past 4 or so years!!! The vehicle was sold again and then they contacted Wesbank and Wesbank tells them no there are Natis documents, pay the money for the documents to be couriered to me, almost a year later and I still have not recieved my Natis documents!!! I have sent numerous emails with the proof of payment and my account details for the bike that was sold but, still no reply. Now I ask you with tearsin my eyes, what the F**K is going on at Wesban****!</p>
<p>Got the 50gig LTE package from Telkom, was told you could use the line for gaming! I get a download speed of 5mb which is decent for gaming but a ping of 300ms to 1000ms till the point that my internet cuts out! I have emailed Telkom on this matter and recieved no response!</p>
<p>We have complained multiple times regarding the signal problem in the Excelsior/Tweespruit area. A signal booster has been installed but needs to be replaced, we have been waiting six to seven months, if not longer, for somebody to come and replace the booster. This is not the type of service we ever expected to get from Vodacom.</p>
<p>On the 11th June 2016 we recieved a message regarding a sim swap that we knew nothing about. In which we contacted the call centre as we suspected fraud and they referred us to the Vodashop. Vodacom could not assist as they did not have any information as to who authorised the sim swap. We requested the number to be temporarily blocked as all our business transactions were done on this number for numerous years. We asked them to terminate the contract as a pre paid number had to be obtained to continue with business transactions, to which they told us the contract could not be cancelled!!! I'm extremely dissapointed with Vodacom!!!</p>
