I have spent the whole of Saturday afternoon trying to get my Hisense A6 VIDAA TV connected to DSTV stream. I am on a premier package at DSTV and all the consultants that I spoke to wants to open a new streaming account for me. I should get the streaming package for free. I waisted so mush airtime on my phone that I eventually stopped calling. It is to expensive to try and sort out problems with DSTV consultants. As a pensioner I can't afford to stay on the line for hours to solve a simple problem. Is there someone at DSTV than can please help me.
One of the worst companies I have tried to deal with. No integrity, no service. And for the life of me, one can not get past the call centre to speak to a manager or section leader. I bought a TV that does not work properly. What a waiste of money. To now get the people at Hisense to assist is a nightmare. I spoke to Lebo in the VOC section. She said that the software is outdated and that she will call me to make arrange ments for a tech to come to my house to upgrade the software. This was 2 days ago. Never heard from her again. Then I spoke to Tabang and Tshapi at the services section. I asked to be put through to the manager of the section. No joy. If there is anybody at Hisense that actually care about the customer please contact me.
I have purchased tiles and accessories to the value of R30800,00 from CTM. The people at the branch where I shopped could not answer any question on the technical information displayed on the tiles. I have now spent about two hours phoning the customer care center number and various other numbers for their Head Office to try and get the information I require. Nobody bothers to answer a telephone but the top management of CTM expects the public to support their shops. The person that sold me the tiles did not even try to find out about the information I required. So can I ask for someone at CTM that cares about your customers to give me a call. A sales person from Lonehill branch that I spoke to also tried a few times to get through to the Head Office and even he was not successful. At this point in time the one star that I gave you is like 10 stars to many.
The one star rating above is far overrating Relyon Enterprise's. They cannot read a tape measure. They measured my cupboards before the started manufacturing and the got everything wrong. Cupboards were to wide and it was also higher than the original cupboards which caused (and still is) a problem with the taps above the kitchen sink. They removed and tried three times before they got it right. There is only one word to describe them. USELESS. They came to us early in the morning. Then they were out on the grass in the sun having breakfast until 10. They then worked until 12 and then had lunch until 2. Then they worked till 3 and left. DO NOT USE THEM IN ORDER TO SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF PROBLEMS.
Absolutely ***********! Should change their name to Slow way Couriers. I have now been waiting at home for two days for my delivery and there is no sign of them yet. So tomorrow I'll be sitting here again waiting. They have a chatline on whatsapp, that also doesn't work. On the chatline I've been told that an operator will be with me shortly. That was yesterday.
Think twice before dealing with Mweb. I have a contract with them and to communicate with them is a nightmare. It is so easy to get a new contract as one of the contact numbers is the sales department. If you try to cancel or alter your existing package it is impossible. In their contact details there is no number for cancellations. You have to go through the sales department and they then transfer you to the retention department and then nothing happens. I have tried a few times over the last month to try and get in touch with the retention department with no joy. They do not even deserve one star.
I have been trying to order and do a payment now for the past 30 minutes. The payment page actually expires before I get to accept the transaction on my bank app. If this is how it is going to work in future I have sad news for Takealot. No sales will happen. It is so frustrating because it is also impossible to get hold of takealot because there are no contact details. Can someone please contact me to try and arrange for me to place an order.
I have contacted Mweb twice about my left-over data that does not carry over to the next month on my data contract I have with them. Twice I was promised that the problem will be resolved and that I will be notified as soon as it happens. EMPTY PROMISES. But they do expect you to make use of their services even if they struggle to deliver a proper service. Can someone at Mweb that actually cares about the customers please contact me in order to resolve this issue.
I have contacted Dstv 3 times during the past two months to arrange for the reduced subscription they offer existing customers. For the last two months I had to pay an increased amout after arranging for the reduced tarif. I contacted them again and it was confirmed that my subscription will now be R864 per month. I just received ab sms to inform me that my DO for April will be R1029. So clearly they do not want me as a customer so I wiil contact them to cancel my subscription. It is not as though I requested for a reduced subscription. They offered it to me.
So I spoke to three different people during last month in order to do a 24 month price lock on my DSTV subscription. And true to form nothing happened. My debit order went off this month, no change. The service is absolutely poor. On top of the high premium we have to pay my catchup on my decoder does not work. Absolutely poor service. My rating of the service on a scale of 1 to 10 will be -10.
