Axxess is one of the worst experiences, decisions that we made when we changed our fibre line. From day one we had issues with the installation, then we had no connection for more than 7 days and no one could tell us what the issue was. Now we are moving and wa t to cancel the line they are wanting us to pay until November. How is that possible when we will not be living on the premises. My huaband was using the WhatsApp platform where an agent confirmed that he will remove retention and cancel the line at the end of July now the call center agent is saying something else. When you request a call back no one does, Lukanye the ESCALATIONS Manager just ignores when you ask to speak to him. He just says he will call and never does i work i a service environment and if i gave such terrible service my head would be on a chopping block. Well where do I start, this all started with a sales agent coming to my gate to promote fibre, being the person that I am my husband and I listened as he promoted the product and said that we could get the open serve package in our area so we completed an electronic application for this open serve line, in the week to follow I received an sms that I should contact their offices as some documents are missing, so I called and the agent James confines that open serve is not in our area and wanted to know if I would like the visa om package I said to him no please cancel the application which he did and I received an sms confirmation. A month later someone calls and tries to convince me to take the Vodacom package and I refused again, this happened three times where a agent called me and tries to do this and then all of a sudden I received an sms stating my application is approved, I must schedule the installation the first one I ignored but when I received another sms I called vodacom and they said that the ap was submitted by one of the agents and that it’s been processed if I don’t set up an appointment nothing will come from it. Well something came from it because a ghost installed the Line according to the sms stating that the line was installed Lies, I called Real promotions as I got a copy of the fraudulent paper application form that was fraudulently signed by Collen Masemola on my behalf and I wanted answers I requested this to be cancelled to date it’s not done I’ve been calling them and I keep getting that they will get back to me and nothing. If I am debited with an amount that I did not agree upon I will take this further. This is not an idle threat the Ombudsman is my next step as this is fraud!!!!!!! I need answers
I am so frustrated with Direct Axis Contact Centre, when you call them and get through to someone they either don’t answer or they make as if they can’t hear you. Do they not have customer service ethic? Does the customer not come first. My husband and I have both been trying to get some queries resolved and no one absolutely no one comes back to you! My debit order date was changed and I am trying to figure out which ghost authorised it because I did not! I am a very disappointed client we purchased an item yesterday 25th of November 2020 and we were going to take the item immediately however the sales agent convinced us to have the item delivered for a fee of R90.00 we were assured that the item will be delivered first thing this morning 26th of November 2020. We have had endless issues with items ordered online and directly from the store however we thought that they could redeem themselves, to our dismay it is now 20:10 26th of November 2020 and the item has still not been delivered after contacting Makro Strubens Valley 5 times to confirm if it will still be delivered today and they confirmed yes. If the item was dispatched this morning where is it because I certainly do not have it in my possession. I am so annoyed because we specifically told them that we have had issues in the past with their delivery services. I am very unhappy and disappointed in the service we receive and this will just go unanswered and avoided at all cost. I will never shop at their store again. I wonder what their excuse will be now.
