Real promotion is a hell hole I worked there for 2 months and I never my family had to put money together for me to go to work they had hope that I would be able to get paid and change the family situation but I never got paid. Real promotion takes advantage of desperate and young people working there is literally the worst it's modernised slavery I used more than R1500 there and I didn't get a single cent back. Imagine how I couldn't used that money to help at home. Till this day I'm still in debt. Going to Real Promotions was the worst decision I've ever made.

I'm writing as an angry parent,your company not only exploits young and desperate kids but you also don't pay them ,my daughter worked in your company but because I taught her right from wrong and to know her worth also to know when taken advantage of to walk away imagine parents transporting their kids to where ever you want them to work and to you not paying them you deserve to be blacklisted you are ****s 🤬for every child that comes across your company's advert may their parents re direct them away from you and may God punish you for exploiting young kids you have no shame

I am writing to formally document my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Real Promotions who are contracted to VODACOM FIBRE, particularly regarding my dealings with your sales agent, Violia, in relation to my Vodacom Fibre installation. In the first week of July, Violia was in my street and saw me in the garden, she called me over and asked me if I have fibre and who I am using. I mentioned that i was using Rain and Violia immediately flew straight into putting Rain services down and gloating about how other customers in my street also complained about their terrible network, but im in luck because Vodacom is running a special for fibre connection at R 399 per month with 1 month free service up until the end of August 2025. Based on this agreement, I proceeded with the installation. However, from the outset, the promised service has not materialized. The fibre box was never properly connected, and I have never had any internet access since installation. After I discovered these issues, I attempted to contact Violia numerous times via WhatsApp and phone calls to seek a resolution. My messages were repeatedly ignored, and I received no assistance for an extended period. Only after continued efforts did I eventually receive a call from Violia’s manager, who apologized for the lack of response and cited being busy with new client sign-ups as the reason for the delay. This does not excuse the neglect of existing clients who are experiencing ongoing issues. This lady too dissapeared never to be heard from again...... When Violia did respond, she expressed frustration that the technician was interfering with her commission and promised that she would resolve the matter for me. The technician phoned me the same day to tell me that if i send him petrol money, he will then come fix my network connection. I phoned Vodacom 10 times after this to complain, had 4 agents phone back all aslking me to explain the story again. Regrettably, despite any assurances, nearly two months have passed without any resolution. To make matters worse, my account has now been debited R 980 – a far cry from the R 399 with a free first month that was promised. Not only have I been overcharged, but I have also received no service at all to date. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I feel misled by the information provided at the point of sale, and unsupported by both the sales agent and Real Promotions in resolving what should have been a straightforward service issue. The lack of follow-up, ignored communications, and broken promises have left me frustrated and out of pocket for a service I have never received. Based on my experience thus far, I cannot recommend Real Promotions to others seeking reliable fibre service. Violia, worst sales experience i have ever encountered. You should be ashamed of yourself.

This company really knows how to waste people’s time and resources. Because they will place an ad as if they are recruiting for one thing and then totally mislead you during the interview process. Only to find out you will be doing door to door sales without even a basic salary or paying for your consultants’ transportation. Please don’t waste peoples time and effort because you know the economy is bad and everyone is desperate for work. STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME!!! Shame on you!!!

This company really knows how to waste people’s time and resources. Because they will place an ad as if they are recruiting for one thing and then totally mislead you during the interview process. Real promotions agents went from house to house for Vodacom fiber. We already had a 50mbs package and they offered to upgrade us to a 100mbs package. Instead, we are now being double billed for our old and new line, and yet to resolve it with Vodacom.

Well where do I start, this all started with a sales agent coming to my gate to promote fibre, being the person that I am my husband and I listened as he promoted the product and said that we could get the open serve package in our area so we completed an electronic application for this open serve line, in the week to follow I received an sms that I should contact their offices as some documents are missing, so I called and the agent James confines that open serve is not in our area and wanted to know if I would like the visa om package I said to him no please cancel the application which he did and I received an sms confirmation. A month later someone calls and tries to convince me to take the Vodacom package and I refused again, this happened three times where a agent called me and tries to do this and then all of a sudden I received an sms stating my application is approved, I must schedule the installation the first one I ignored but when I received another sms I called vodacom and they said that the ap was submitted by one of the agents and that it’s been processed if I don’t set up an appointment nothing will come from it. Well something came from it because a ghost installed the Line according to the sms stating that the line was installed Lies, I called Real promotions as I got a copy of the fraudulent paper application form that was fraudulently signed by Collen Masemola on my behalf and I wanted answers I requested this to be cancelled to date it’s not done I’ve been calling them and I keep getting that they will get back to me and nothing. If I am debited with an amount that I did not agree upon I will take this further. This is not an idle threat the Ombudsman is my next step as this is fraud!!!!!!! I need answers

I am so disgusted about this company, I applied for a Sales consultant position on Pnet and i received a call from Real promotions for an interview, I went there by their offices in Cresta and the interview was so unprofessional, they said its a " meet and greet interview" and on my way home i got a call saying that i was selected to attend the second-round interview, mind you on the first-round interview i kept on asking the lady about the position that i have applied for, she kept on not being specific or honest about it, the following day i went for that second-round interview and i was expecting to be interviewed by a store manager,, yooh i was handed to a field manager,, i was life what the ****? because i applied for a store's sales consultant , i was taken to the field, had to knock door to door and sell the fibre..its not like i am underestimating the job but that is not my thing and that is not what i applied for. on the first interview i was even told that the basic salary is gonna be R8000 but now the field manager then told me that its only commision based. I am so ****en ****ed. A friendly advise to all the recruitment agencies: PLEASE BE HONEST AND TRUTHFUL TO PEOPLE, STOP LYING AND PROMISING PEOPLE SOMETHING THAT IS NOT TRUE .
