These people keep on spam calling, it's very disturbing. And they seem to get an attitude and go off on you when you ask them to stop! And then they just keep on spam calling daily. Their robocaller has no opt out.

Ongoing struggles to resolve closure of a student loan account. Loan paid off months ago + over debited on the last repayment. Then still deducted a monthly fee for something that was paid off. Can't get the money back that was over debited and the student loan account reopened even after visiting a branch. The branch had lots of issues with their system as well. Took almost 2 hours just to close the loan account which was successful but then also not successful afterwards. Can unfortunately not spend any more time at branches as it takes an unexplainable amount of time and no work = no pay. A very good reminder to not do any business with standard bank.
Had a loan which was paid off months ago. They still deduct a monthly fee from the loan account & I have no other account with them. Escalated this and I was advised that I need to visit a branch to close the loan account before fees will no longer be deducted even if it has a 0 balance. It takes a whole business day to visit a standard bank branch. No work = no pay so who is going to cover the income loss for me? The loan is paid of so close it.
Ordered a chest of drawers with a cot intended to be used as a set. The chest of drawers was delivered damaged through the packaging (obviously manhandled by the couriers). The courier guy did the delivery. Besides waiting 5 minutes for the delivery guy to finish a personal call before unloading the stuff, he also insisted I take delivery of the damaged chest of drawers and log a return to get it picked up again. After logging a return immediately, the chest of drawers was picked up, but no feedback received as yet. When I email Takealot, they just say that I need to wait 48 hours for feedback on the return and never respond. Honestly feel like retuning the cot as well for a full refund since we no longer have the chest of drawers and just go buy a full set elsewhere.
Someone made a *****ulent purchase on my Edgars account (RCS) from another province on 22 Nov. I was advised to fill in a dispute form at my nearest Edgards store which I did immediately. No feedback yet whatsoever, not even a call, and it is still expected for me to pay an installment at end of December??? My account was paid off and the *****ulent purchase maxed it out.
Real promotions agents went from house to house for Vodacom fiber. We already had a 50mbs package and they offered to upgrade us to a 100mbs package. Instead, we are now being double billed for our old and new line, and yet to resolve it with Vodacom.

Placed a order online 14 days ago. The scheduled delivery time was 3 - 5 business day. The day after the order, I got an email saying it was collected by courier WUMdrop. I did not receive a tracking number and the order has still not been delivered. Been trying to phone the helpline, but just get placed on hold (for over an hour) and tried this multiple times. Tried emailing them, contacting them on social media etc. and also no response. This is totally unacceptable service and will never buy anything online from them again!
I got a settlement quotation, paid the amount on the settlement quotation and now I got another debit order going off. Sad to say, but I will never support Wesbank ever again. Full of bad experiences.
