Takealot gets a 1 because there is no 0 rating. Deliveries are never on time. Once you get an sms, you cancel all your plans to.... you guest it.... wait for no one!! It seems like the requests, pleading, asking, begging threatening will never receive the intended recipient. So disappointing.
Milnerton Mediclinic has the worst casualties services ever. Its been over 2 hour and still no assistance. Unacceptable!!!!!
I actually lived the day to see a customer (myself) begging for the products he paid for. 4 Consecutive orders totaling more than R7000 was delivered late, not to mention I'm again waiting for a parcel that is now 2days overdue. The first thing you hear when you call Takealot is that you can track your delivery (HOW CAN YOU TRACK IT IF THE INFORMATION IS FALSE AND INCORRECT). Everytime I'll phone Takealot (more than once), feedback will be promised and I'll be left without any answers. VERY DISAPPOINTING TAKELOT - I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU WOULD APPROVE AND AGREE TO SUCH POOR SERVICE??

Before a customer even realizes that he/she is experience a problem with internet access, etc, etc, the problem has already been addressed and sorted out irrelevant of time or place. I am of the opinion that TekSupport owes its impeccable standards to its owner Fcee van Wyk whom always involves himself to ensure such good customer services !!!</p>

<p>Foschini's admin is so poor that they send letters confirming accounts are closed and paid up in November 2016, just to find that the credit bureau's report of January 2017 reflects that not only is the account not closed but that there are outstanding fees. You send all proof and your problem are just passed along with no feedback or help. HOW HARD CAN ADMIN BE ???</p>
<p>For a month now I've been trying to get a settlement letter out of Consumer Friend for my American Swiss account, through their consultant and through their website. WHAT MUST I DO ???</p>
<p>After being told by my medical aid that administration was done incorrectly between myself, themselves and the hospital for the birth of my first-born regarding pre-authorization , which could've made me liable for the bill well over R20 000, one of the OWNERS of T&C Werner Brokers assisted me and the problem was sorted out literally within a day. NOT TO MENTION the absolute joy I have with my life- and -insurance (I know exactly where I stand and what the fine writing entails). THANK YOU T&C WERNER BROKERS !!!!</p>
