I'm honestly getting extremely annoyed with this issue ..... Of payment's going off my bank accounts instantly but NOT receiving my vouchers... !!! The excuses are it's an IT problem or Bank problem. The thing that is most frustrating is the fact that you can't play on MOBI-GAMES without paying instantly using the Acoin app.. for cash vouchers !!!! But when this happen, you have to wait 24-48 hours before you will receive the vouchers. This is after you submitted your proof of payments via the Support / Email... ! You can literally do a recon for them .... Seeing exactly the time and amount on there app & cross referencing your Bank statement... But sorry you will wait!!!! This has happened on, Mr Delivery Once their respo .. Excellent Customer Service Received.. (They refunded me and gave me extra buying credit). But when it comes to Mobi-Games & Acoin - Customer Service is definitely not a priority!!!
No ATM ... Available.... NO Open ATM as per there website.... That states 24Hours... I have been driving to my 3rd ATM .... Two of them closed with white shutters and one not working.... Unavailable to withdraw cash sent payment where unfortunately it's my only option.... This is not a joke .... This will result in me being late dropping off the kids at school / work... I will literally not be able to drive further as I need to get fuel... I honestly hope you will stop with false Information on your website. The real funny thing is..... Nedbank standard Bank Absa All of the banks above right next to the Capitec atm are open... With smiling clients.... Not so lucky. . For capitec clients... This is honestly terrible!!!!

Hi, I honestly hope this review will improve the current standard and service.... We have learned never to buy any fresh products at SPAR Tuscany, Rustenburg... We have on numerous occasions bought rotten fruit... Only the fruit on top look good .. unfortunately when you bought for lunch time .... There is no time to drive back and ask for a refund..... We have experienced this with cold meats, and steak that was in marinade we only opened at a braai rotten... The merchandising needs attention... This happens almost on a daily basis... Prices on the shelves and at the till point don't match.... This is also the most expensive spar in our town with very bad customer service and quality control... It would be so amazing if Spar group could bring a super spar to Rustenburg... As the same issues is also at square Spar .. The nearest decent Spar is Geelhoud Park and Thabani
Yesterday I tried to order food from Uber Eats two failed Deliveries... no joy no food.. Today without any Hassle Dr Delivery delivered our Order on Time.... Friendly service!!! WELL DONE!!! I RECOMMEND MR DELIVERY OVER UBER EATS ANY DAY !!!
KFC, Safari gardens, Rustenburg Excluding the terrible customer service... Literally every order we collect doesn't matter if you use the drive thought or go in... There is always something missing... For example today i ordered a Streetwise Two for my Gran got home only two pieces off chicken... The previous time, short chicken... The last time I ordered a burger... Only a top Bun... I have complained by two mangers.. Already... They always seem to get the orders wrong... What is more frustrating, they will not be busy but you have to park park away for the timer at the window.. I am fed up... Im the store about two weeks ago i took back the chicken nuggets because it was not full... While waiting there waiting my time for turning back... Another client also complained about the service and wrong items on the orders... I sincerely hope this review will motivate the management to take action...

Its Shocking how bad the service is.... Staff who rather service other employees at till points... Who had an entire day.... To buy what's they needed.. Leaving clients to wait... For them to complete there conversion before assisting...

There is a huge problem with service going through McDonald's drive thru... McDonald's in midtown. This seems to be a continuous problem..... It takes an average of 45 min to over an hour just to be able to get to place an order this is how long it takes the staff to assist clients in front of you the worst part is then there is an average of 6 and less cars in front of you... I really hope McDonald's Midtown Rustenburg will take this bad service review up with the management at this branch.... Extremely poor and slow service!!!!
