The worst service and 'don't care' attitudes that I have ever experienced. We bought a vehicle from them, had it for 5 days then strange noises started. The car gave problems, we called them and asked them to take the car back. We are now without a car for about a month and NOTHING has been done from their side. The debit order for payment will go off and I don't even have the car. We can't do anything, WebuyCars has to stop the debit order. This is absolutely unacceptable. Even the buying process was an unpleasant experience. Hmmm what a bad taste in my mouth
I just want to say these people have the most amazing, user-friendly, and sufficient website that I have ever seen. I placed my school order in under 5 minutes, paid and they will deliver it to my door. Wow, I am truly amazed and super thankful because you have the best prices and the biggest variety of products. I ordered a kids table and chairs and when I received it the feet for it, it wasn't in the box. So I called them and they quickly organized the package to be picked up again. After a few days, they sent me an email saying they refunded my account because unfortunately the same chairs and table weren't in stock..... BUT they lied so hard!!! As soon as they picked up the package I went and put the same table and chairs in my trolley to check the availability because I didn't want any other table and chairs and I know how quickly stuff sells out. The item was in my trolley ALL the time, every day! Then after the email, I called them again and asked why didn't they exchanged my item as I asked them to but rather credited my account? Their excuse was that at the time of the "investigation" there wasn't any stock....! What a lie! Its because they didn't want to lose on the difference between the normal price and the special price I bought it for! I lost an R100 because of their mistake!!!! I will do my business with loot from now on.
I have asked for quotes in vehicle finance. They immediately responded and said that 3 of their dedicated consultants are busy with my query. It's now been 2 weeks and I am still waiting.....pathetic service. Will never use hippo again and I will definitely tell others.
Mugg and bean in Heidelberg Mall has bad service and rude employees. Every time you call them they answer the phone and leave you to talk and they leave the phone like that for hours. You can phone back as much as you want, the phone doesn't ring. I will never support them again.
This is the worst service I have ever had from any business. To think I left my old Gap cover company for Stratum...I went from bad to worst!!! First they take FOREVER to process your claims. Then I upgraded to a better option, waiting 3 weeks for my documentation, just to find out they never updated my upgrade....so THEY will decide if you need a upgrade. I will not deal with such incompetency. My word of mouth will go far, I promise you!
I bought a car there in December 2017. Sales Consultant Richard Oosthuizen helped me through everything. Really the best service I ever had. They really go out of their way to help and they didn't have to.
