Worst service ever! Paid for, unit never delivered or installed. No one responds to emails or answers the phone. DO NOT USE THEM.
Great on the floor sales, BUT the minute you leave that show room you are *****ed. Constantly lied to about delivery times, calls being avoided, pushed from pillar to post. Not impressed!
After spending 9K on a bed from @home well over 6 weeks ago, I still have not received my bed. I was told in writing it would be delivered on the 16th Feb. Took the morning off to be there for delivery. The bed never arrived, after I called to find out what was going on I was told that it had not actually even arrived in JHB. Each enquiry I make to find out when it will be delivered because I now have NO bed to sleep on and I am sharing a bed with my son, I get no response, and when I try track it online it says there is no order! WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BED? OR a response,
<p>I complained last week about this (increasing credit card limit) and low and behold, nothing has been done..... in fact i am still being asked to send in payslips, when they investigate further they find the payslips, but they havent been linked.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am appauled by the service and lack of communication!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Oh and please spare me your **** response, saying that you have lodged a complaint on my behalf!!! Cause that means ****! I followed up with the complaints team and no where with that either.</p> <p> </p> <p>Abhorrent experience and service!! On all accounts</p>
<p>I applied to increase my credit card limit nearly 2 weeks ago, upon my initial application they requested supporting documents, which I submitted to the required email address. I called two day later, to be put through to nearly every signle department trying to find an answer. To get told someone will get back to me on Monday. Monday comes and goes, so I phone back in - no we still need documents. No problem, what documents.... Oh! The ones that were submitted the week before. Then I call in again today, and NO ONE can give me answers, bar that now I hear that the systems were down the week i applied, so there is a back log. Ok no problem..... how much long is it going to take?..... well...... I am still waiting after my application was suposedly escalted at the beginning of the week!</p> <p> </p> <p>The whole process has been a mess, and every person you speak to gives a different answer and time frame. Really has been such a let down!!!</p>
<p>Today I decided to go to Zara to get a new pair of jeans. I went with my boyfriend and his autistic son and what was supposed to be a pleasant little trip to the shops turned into one that truly saddened and angered me to the core. Zara Eastgate, your staff are appauling. Autistic children behave oddly, they make strange noises. Whilst I do not care about the 300 eyes staring at us for being noisy and disruptive I do care when every single cashier is pointing and laughing. It was so bad that I asked the cashier for my card back as I refuse to spend money in a place like that. Your staff are down right rude!!!!!! And it is a reflection on your brand as a whole. </p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say I won't be back, I won't put my family through being treated like we are circus freaks. </p>
