Poor service
No assistance given. I have put up 2 queries on thier web site and my wife has called numerous times no answer, been a client for good few years and this is the service I get.. My Fiber cable was damaged

Cooper Discoverer at3
3 years ago I fitted Cooper Discoverer AT3 I have done about 25000km on them. I accidentally curbed one of the rear tyres while inspecting the damage I noticed hairline cracks on the side wall checked the other 3 tyres and all have cracks. I have tried to contact them via email and on Facebook You don't expect this type of damage from top shelf tures I've googled this and it seems to be a bad batch of tyres

No help from vodacom
Been on the call center call now for over 3 hours.. still no answer. After a hour it drops out and we start again . This is absolutely bull.. we have been faithful customers for over 10 years.. upgraded out account in December.. today get a message saying it welcome to Smart L package . Now got restricted data.. and no help from Vodacom .

Saxsum policy cansel
<p>Just had a email that Quicksure (Saxum) is going to cansel my polisy at the end of the month.. They say my risk ratio is to high been insured with them for 3 years 3 vehicles and house hold all I have clamed in those 3 years is water damage to a computer and and a bull bar for my bakkie.. so in total in the amount of less that R20000.. Now I am high ris**** *** now got to pay for the removal of the Car track systems in the vehicles cause it was under written buy them.. I dont think so they will be liable for all the costs its them who is canseling</p>
