ons wou my ouma bring want sy het gehoor die plek is blyk baar baie oulik. Ons was regtig van die begin tot ynde baie terleurgesteld , musiek is glad nie van pas as jy kyk na almal wat daar sit nie. Ek verwag nie afrikaanse musiek nie maar ook nie musiek vir die staff nie. Jou atmosfeer is belangrik vir jou "targeted audience" Ons het lank gewag vir ons diens, my kind se hot chocolate het 10min na al die ander mense se drink goed gekom, maak nie sin nie want ons almal het saam bestel, dink ook nie dit kan 10min vat vir n small hot chocolate nie. Kos was yskoud bedien , my dogtertjie se kos weer 10min laater daar aan gekom . my ouma het eier doppe in haar omelet gekry. Ek het toe n whiskey te bestel net om te vergeet van die aaklike tyd wat ons gehaad het. die ding het daar aan gekom en soos eier geruik , was regtig nie nie lekker nie. Ek sal niemand aanbeveel om sonto te gaan nie, sal ook nooit weer self gaan nie.
I made a booking on the 4.05.2018 for a Mothers day buffet at O Galitos in Montana. So me and my family shows up and they told us there is no booking made. Never was I so embarrassed in front of my family Mother's day was my responsibility this year and this resturant ruined it for me and my family. I actually spoke to the manager that day of the booking. I had to phone in again and book a bigger table I have the call history on my phone and they dare to ask me if I made a booking at the right place. They said they will get back to me an hour ago and still have not heard anything. Thank you for ruining mother's day for me and my family. We use to come herr every birthday but you will sure as hell never see us again and I'll be sure to spread the word about this experience!
<p>I bought a dress a YDE today at first I didn't notice that it was torn at the bottom until I got home. I decided to phone the store they tell me it will take more than two weeks to get one in Pretoria in my size. I have explained that I don't have more than two weeks my event is happening before that. I'm currently "on hold" with their head office waiting for a solution it's been more than 5min after a lady at the call centre told me I have to have an account with them otherwise they can't send it to the nearest store for me ***!!!</p>
<p>I bought a pair of High Heels on the 25the of January, two days later the 27th of January the cushion on the inside of the shoe came loose. I went back to Moda to show them. At the time I didn't have my slip or box, I said to the lady I'll be back on Monday with the slip and everything. She told me to take them off, I explained that I couldn't I have the where them for work but will she keep my size cause I already paid for them. Comming Monday the 30th I want to return them, the lady who assisted me is not there. I explained again what happened and that they said I can exchange them. They didn't have my size but she ordered it in for me and it would be there at 14h00 she will send me a sms. I went back at 17h00 didn't hear anything, but now someone else is assisting me. She then asks me why didn't I go back on Saturday she was waiting for me her regional manager was there she wanted to show her. I told her no I made arrangements for Monday. She then tells me to take them off now because its going to be a problem. I said again I have to where them for work I can't take them off, it's very uncomfortable I can feel the cushion is moving around on the inside. I don't understand why its a problem now if it wasn't on Friday. How do you expect of me to come back when you want me to, I'm sorry I work in retail aswell you never say that to a client! I'm not only paying for a **** product but service too. I will never again go back there and I will tell everyone not to go there aswell! Very dissapointed! This company doesn't even deserve 1 star to be honest. </p>
<p>I would just like to know what time the Coffee shop is suppose to open? everytime I get there the store opens at a different time. over weekends they would tell us we can't come in they are not open yet and thats usally at 8.</p> <p>is it right to tell a client that? i'm not very happy about it cause I buy there a lot but I can't wait till 9 everytime I also work in the mall, all the other coffee shops opens at 7.</p>
