This company will probably need a whole callcenter to manage their complaints so their resolve is to give you no way to communicate with them, what a bunch of idiots! I am waiting for someone to reply, I dare you.
I am giving you a 1 star rating only because there is no lower, your effort to completely disconnect from your customers is very succesfull by making the only option a chat bot, @Sean Nourse, are you completely oblivious to what is going on in your company? Your average rating on Hello Peter is 1.7/10 and that is generous, the service is non-existent and it is clear that you have no long term business interests because I cannot see this company surviving the service they offer!
Vodacom responds to reviews on Hello Peter, t5hen promises to contact you so that people will think they are responsive, but guess what, they never contact you, Vodacom is rent seekers, happy to take your money but not keen to deal with you at all.
I am immigrating and want to cancel my Vodacom contract, they want to charge me for the minutes and data that I will not use and not give me access to it, this is not compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, Cellc and MTN is much more accommodating, keep this in mind when looking for a contract, They are also not responding to my queries and cares nothing that I have been a loyal customer for 15 years, stay away from them, they only care about your money!
Standard bank seems to be deteriorating, I have a vehicle and asset finance account as well as being a private banking customer, today I get told they cannot link my account as there is a problem with all accounts opened in the last year, that is right a year and it is still not fixed, it is unheard off, is everyone working from home, in other words not at all? time to move to another bank, standard bank is falling apart
Their contract states that they refund your holding deposit on the same day, it is a lie, I returned a car 10 days ago and still waiting for my deposit back, even after escalating it they still could not be bothered, do not do business with them, they have no integrity
Worst service, loads of excuses and everything except the truth, I have been given a delivery date 3 times and everytime I follow up after the delivery date they have a new story that contradicts the previous story, I would definitely not recommend them
If you do not phone them and follow up every day, you will not get your package, they have postponed delivery twice now, the last time because they do not have my address, which is on the Invoice they sent me for the same delivery. Then again because the driver was there but could not find me, did not try to phone me, but could not find me, how they run a business like this and why they make you pay for an express service is unbelievable!
Been with them for one week and the second time I have to sit for hours and wait for them to decide if and when they would like to answer me, you cannot contact them, have to use the chat, they will get back to you in an hour or maybe tomorrow if they feel like it, they don't care about their reviews or service, they are a rent seeker, absolutely horrible to deal with
Absolutely no customer service, the only thing they are good at is billing. If you can use any other service provider do not use Webafrica, they have a live chat function that puts you in a infinite loop with no support with a chatbot, good luck trying to speak to a person.
