It was sent from Cape Town and arrived at our door 2 days later. No fuss, no problems just great effectiveness. They deserve 5 stars. Romeo was patient and waited online while I processed the order. Thank you to Jubaida Toffie on the Internet Banking helpline for her patience and tenacity in sorting out a problem with the loading of electricity prepaid purchases for new clients who are unfami**** with all these new processes. I am trying to assist a 94 year old friend by buying data for her phone. She is an MTN customer. I wanted to buy R150 data every week for the year. The options to buy data are extremely confusing with daily, monthly and time limited options. Even a call to customer care did not give me a solution. Why is it so hard to just buy data on my internet banking app? A simple option is not there and it looks like all the data bundles purchased expire after a period. Impossible for an older lady to manage. She also had R400 "******" with a subscription for Mzanzi Music which was coming off her phone. She had no knowledge of this but saw her data disappearing and has had to take the loss. This is an impossible situation and I still don't have a solution!!
I want to thank Nomthandazo at Absa Glenfair Branch for her professionalism in her dealings with me today. She was the only Customer Service officer in the branch this morning and the stress of this situation must have been considerable. She was apologetic and friendly and managed to sort out a problem I have not been able to resolve with my credit card for 6 days. That will be addressed separately. The manager also apologised for the delay but Nomthandazo made it all good with her competent and pleasant manner. She sorted out my problem. Thank you.

Why are there constant sound failures on channel Reality 132. It is something that happens often so it can't be passed off as a rare occurance. It's beyond annoying.
A huge thank you to the office staff at Sasol in Benoni. I filled up on a rainy morning coming from Pretoria and found I did not have my credit cards with me. Thank you to Elizabeth Maja who assisted me by giving me options and an excellent level of service in Forever New Woolworths Menlyn Mall. She did exactly what I needed her to do and one gets so few levels of good service today, she deserves the accolade.
