I placed an order on 10 December, received my confirmation and paid. I emailed on the 15th and on the 17th, no reply. Today being the 19th, I finally phoned, the receptionist kept transferring me to an extension that cuts off. Are you playing games ? My order should have been shipped by now, My daughter needs her school back pack
To get people on board you are super fast, to answer questions you are non existant. The whatsapp number i was given isnt working, website messages also no reply. Took a week to get hold of someone regarding my debit that didnt go off. Still no reponse regarding nedbank refusing to accept im under debt review and also refusing to cancel the assurance on the account for over a year even after i have proof that my contract states i am allowed to cancel. Doesnt help u fast to get people to join and then dont give after sales service. So far, not impressed
I cannot handle this harrasment anymore Stop the assurance on the account as requested over a year ago, deduct the year you billed me for from my amount owing. I read my contact and unlike i was told, i am allowed to cancel it at any time. Stop phoning me and stop sending me messages. I am under debt review, Debt 4 u has sent me proof that nedbank has been notified that i am under debt review. This has also been logged on my credit report. Yet Nedbank thinks it is appropriate to call me daily about accounts. The one lady that called actually even told me I am lying about being under debt review. Yet also Nedbank keeps adding astronomical amounts of interest and assurance to the account as well as an admin fee which made my debt grow by 40 000 in less than a year. This is the worst bank with the most ridiculous costs and interest rates on loans. They over indebted me and now that think it is okay to harras and insult me.

Dealing with you is like pulling teeth, I should have known that when I opened accounts for both my kids and it already started as a huge issue that dealing with you in future would be a headache as well. I emptied my kids accounts and moved them to discovery. They were promised rewards on all their accounts and this part never happened. My son signed up for online banking instead of the banking app, what a nightmare as they wanted us to go the branch to sort this out. Stood there in a line for over an hour and walked out. You really need to up your customer service. There is just 1 line in the bank, 2 people to assist and they cannot even assist with everything.
I want to give a shout out to Discovery Bank for being the best bank, easy to deal with, resolves issues super fast. Great interest rates on my savings and what a joy vitality money is. I look forward to playing to board every week for my rewards.
