2nd time this month that our wifi is off. When I phone they dont want to log the ticket. I am really getting frustrated. This is not good service at all
2nd time this month that mweb/vuma is off. When you want to phone mweb, no one is there to help, they are not working full days on saturdays or sundays. My kids needs to do home work and are writing exams.
Friday 31 January 2025 at 15h00, my wifi went off. Up until today still no wifi. I have phoned vuma and logged a ticket. Until today now one came back to say if my wifi is working or not. My kids needs to do their homework online. It'a really getting now to a point that the service frustrates me.
I had a totally bad expierience now for the second time. My card got stuck in one of there machines. I applied for a new card and waited 3 weeks. I realized someone is using my account nr and money was deducted, I went back and had to cancel my card again. I am now waiting a month but still no feedback. Please contact me Gideon 071 152 1249

<p>I have logged a claim at ABSA inssurance for 4 windows that cracked at my house in April 2016. The lady told me she will send the glasfit person out to get a quotation. She also confirmed it is going to be only R500 excess. Glasfit came out and gave a quotation and said they will send it to ABSA. After a month or 2 I had to phone ABSA again. The lady told me she will follow up with Glasfit and will email them to put in the windows. In July I phoned again, no feedback from ABSA . Another lady told me that now I need to pay exccess for each window because the windows did not crack on the same day, so it is R500 for each window that is a total of R2000.00. The lady said that the claim was already done. I was very upset and said this is bad service. So she followed up with Glasfit, and they said it was not done. The lady phoned me back for the first time and informed me that Glassfit will phone me, but I still need to pay R500 for each glass. I told her sorry I won't pay that. I spoke to Glassfit and they said the quote is only for R1850.00. So I need to pay ABSA extra for what. Why do I have a inssurance then, if I need to pay them extra.</p>
