I do not recommend this semi-government college to anyone as we have paid in full and received books and wrote the N1 exam but unable to get the certificate from the college and paid extra R20 for certificate. I have sent about 12 emails to Patience who's response every time is that she is waiting for the education department but we are never cc in any correspondence. Communication and Admin are poor and regret ever dealing with this college and should have joined a private one instead.
I have not received eBucks in three months even since account changed from Gold to Aspire Encore. Have spoken to three people at the eBucks Rewards contact centre and the reference number is Rq21101614718. Told to contact credit control as credit card account in arrears but this account was closed in 2016 so someone does not know what they are doing and this needs to be fixed.
They do not have the right number but keep phoning me everyday an then hang up. I spoke to the person and said it was harassment but not very bothered by that. This is so unprofessional phoning the wrong person everyday.
I drove to FNB head office and handed in my application / documents for an additional home loan on the 19.12.19. They asked for additional documents which were provided and after that communication was poor and had to phone and speak to three different departments to find the status of my application on 10.01.20 as no (specialist was assigned to this application) and the whole process is very frustrating.
My wife pays her account every month without fail but the call centre phones and asks the same questions every month when are you paying and how much are you paying, your ID number and address and email address . This bank will not give you an account number to do internet banking and they only want debit orders and they will phone even when you have paid. And if they can't get hold of you they will carry on calling the whole day until they do so. This harassment is totally unacceptable and I would advise the people to avoid dealing with this unprofessional and incompetent bank.
