Emergency Center is useless, they will never see us again… 6 hours waiting, and then more waiting. Feels like a state hospital.
FNB Debt Review Department, is not responding to my emails, they ignoring the same problem for more than 30 days now… not happy at all😢 Charging me incorrect interest every month now…
We have been waiting for over 180 days for Momentum, to send us recognition of Transfer... the Tax clearance... now we cant close the polis... When phoning you can never reach the right person there... this is very frustrating and unacceptable from Momentum.... can someone please contact me... 0827097620 so we can sort this out please... <p>Without letting us know Vitality started billing us monthly on my wifes gym contract at Virgin Active, now they cancelled it 1 July, due to non payment witch we did not know we should pay. 15 days later with lots off calls from our side, and rude opperators throwing the phone dead in our ears, she still doesnt have a gym contract. We are tired off fighting with them. Very bad service!!!</p>
