I have been a client with Dotsure for about 6 years for multiple pets. They used to be helpful on the phone, with claims that actually paid out. I have had my pets on different types of plans throughout the years, highest to lowest. They used to always pay out for claims. Recently (last 2 years) they have not been paying claims (the very little claims I had). There is always an issue when it comes to paying out. My dog was recently hospitalised and claim wasn't even half paid. The bill was also not that extravagant. They will find some "loophole" with every little thing. Their client service is rude. (When you finally get through to the person you are dealing with- had to call 6 times on one day to get through to the correct person). When I finally got through she was rude and "didn't receive emails" I had rep**** to. The claims procedure changed and claiming seems to be an issue for them. I had to upload my scanned invoice multiple times (where it used to be a seamless process, it is now tedious). I also had to call to find out if they had received it. Their online claiming portal is a mess. Their policies are ever changing and we are not informed of this. Prices are up and claims payouts lowered. I will now be taking my business elsewhere or just paying cash (as their payouts are ridiculously less to what I pay them).
I had a fantastic experience with Monique Botha who assisted me. She was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She provided clear and helpful information, and went the extra mile. It was a pleasure speaking with someone so friendly and efficient. Thank you for the excellent service!
Booked a call-out to repair a sound system. The guy they sent seems completely *********** and has absolutely no knowledge of sound systems. I specifically said on job card that the bluetooth is working, it is the sound system itself is broken- he proceeded to take the bluetooth device to repair. I got a call a week later that there is nothing wrong with the bluetooth device (which I already knew and had stated on job card). I called again to say the sound system had not been repaired. They sent out the same guy- that didn't even know where to plug in the cables connecting the sound system to bluetooth device. When we asked again after putting the cable in the only hole on this device, he said maybe the cable is faulty. We got a new cable and it is of course still not working. I am highly dissatisfied with this "repair" and would NOT recommend. Wish I had actually read the Hello Peter comments before believing their website stating "highest rated repair company".
Bidvest’s Tyron gave excellent service. Unfortunately had to cancel due to getting a new car. The process was easy and quick and Tyron helped effectively. Thank you
I have had an extended warranty with Bidvest for 4 years. In fact just renewed my policy. Had to replace cooling system Bidvest McCarthy Audi quoted R10k to fix it. R1k was paid out. (First time claiming) Literal waste of money with no cover whatsoever. (Had contributed way more than R10k quoted amount).
The team was great with communication. Completely equipped for load shedding. Handled our boy (who was scared) with compassion. Cooper is clean, with minimum stress. Thank you! See you soon! Can definitely recommend!
Not only bad customer service, but bad after service as well! We are (used to be) with ADT/Fidelity commercial. All alarms in working condition (as per technical officer). There was an armed robbery. As soon as I got notice thereof, I pushed the panic alarm on the App 3 times- No response. I then proceeded to call the rep who helped me sign on and explained that the app isn't working and the situation. He told me to: "call the number on the door" and "there's nothing he can do." I drove to the store and called the number on the door 3 times, where answered and dropped. I also pushed panic on the alarm system: to no avail. I called the police as ADT our armed response company was nowhere to be found. The police arrived and I called ADT again, where they asked if they should call police. The SAPS arrived before ADT did. This was on a Tuesday. The previous Thursday (after I answered the ADT call to say all is fine) an officer came into the store. The store is small, so you can see from outside all is fine. This officer walked in, to behind the counter of small shop and proceeded to ask and point at cameras "what is happening here" to which someone responded that it is loadshedding. The Saturday again the same officer (after answering phone to say all is fine), came into the small shop once again and asked questions. The armed robbery happened coincidently within loadshedding.. in a very safe shopping centre. After, ADT to ask how the service was. Obviously horrible as the armed response arrived after the SAPS AND fingerprint department, and no panics were working. They offered me a free month to "prove" themselves. This was too late for me as the one time in 8 months that we did need them, they were nowhere and our safety is more important than a free month and more officers to come and "ask questions", I declined and proceeded to cancel. The cancellation fee I have been charged is more than 4 months' service fees! I also asked the ADT service call person to provide me with a report to why the officer was there in the first place, as I had answered and said everything was fine. They promised to send me a report- until today- no report or explanation. I am appalled by this "security service" Stay far away!!
I can say with peace in my heart that I never have to worry about vet visits. Dotsure always (I have been with them for a few years) given me excellent service. They are by far the easiest insurance company I have dealt with. Claims are quick and easy and gets processed speedily! Consultants are always friendly and diligent. I recently dealt with Wendy Lynch who helped me. Thank you Dotsure for being my partner in my doggies' health!
Vodacom Menlyn: would give 0 star if I could. The staff is extremely Rude! And unknowledgeable! My phone was stolen. Literally just wanted to do a prepaid simswop. Firstly I needed to have memorised, 5 numbers I have called in 30 days. (Business phone so ???) then after I went back to the extremely rude staff, they said I must can 082 number but did not tell me I needed a SIM card to do it. So had to go back once again to the extremely rude staff, leaning against the table chewing a chappie, with a blanket around her waist. I am fed up with bad service.
I have had it with business banking FNB. Every single month I pay the same amounts, same day, same computer, same WiFi. Every single month, it says I have a limit when trying to make payments. I call the number in orange box. They say my device has to be verified- they verify it. Every month. This is after I spend hours on inserting invoice numbers and amounts. Today they said I have to wait an hour. I waited (after already doing everything) did it again after a few hours- and still limits (where I have specified multiple times on my app and phone that I do not want). Will not recommend for business banking! And will be moving asap. Done with every month struggles where they can’t verify my same device, but verified a device I specifically said “remove fraudulent device” logging in. I am done. Thanks FNB no more
