The service I received was excellent, and my expectations were met. I will be booking Ephal repeatedly.
I submitted a funeral claim on the 28th of January 2022. I kept on calling and I was told the assessor is still busy with my claim. Then on the 3rd of February I sent an email around 21:00 pm and the assessor reply with a decision letter stating my claim has been approved. Today is the 7th of February still no payout. The assessor kept on telling me to check my balance. I will never never ever recommend 1life to anyone. The reason for a funeral plan is to use the money during the funeral not after. I had to loan money and I have to pay interest.
Your company is so income, poooooor service and ignoring your customer. I am tired of calling and sending emails. Yesterday I called the whole f day but no one is picking . I am not happy with your service
