I should really make a habit of checking Hello Peter for the rating of a company before engaging with them because is will prevent a lot of pain. For those of you thinking about doing business with Sleepmasters, Please reconsider. You will end up having a very bad experience in customer care. We bought a Restonic Bali bed set from them on 4 April 2025 and it was delivered on 11 April 2025. After sleeping on it for less than a month, the pillow top sagged and remained sagged in the areas where we were sleeping. I reported the issue to Sleepmasters on 06 May 2025, and they only informed me, after numerous emails to them, on 03 June 2025 that Restonic said the mattress must be replaced. The replacement mattress was only delivered on 13 June 2025 after which I sent Sleepmasters another mail asking what we should do if the replacement mattress did the same as the one that was replaced, but we never received a response from Sleepmasters. Low and behold, it was actually worse than the previous mattress. 13 Days (23 June 2025) after receiving the replacement mattress, we ended up with the same issue with the pillow top sagging about 40mm and not returning. We reported it, yet nothing happened Today is 28 July 2025, and despite us receiving a mail from Sleepmasters that another complaint was lodged on 21 July 2025, nothing has happened. This is copied from Sleeppmasters Facebook page: "At Sleepmasters, we understand that buying a bed is an investment in your health and wellbeing, which is why it is so important for you to choose the right solution for your unique needs." I can now confirm that the above is BS, because after almost 4 months of having to deal with their pathetic "Customer service", we can confirm that Sleepmaster's Customer service is dysfunctional.
Probably the worst bed one could ever buy. Bought a Restonic Bali through Sleepmasters and in less than a month of sleeping on it, it started sagging. I reported it to Sleepmasters and after consultation, Restonic agreed to replace it. Got the replacement and low and behold, 10 days later, the same problem.
In all the time that we have been with Dotsure, they have never disappointed. We can recommend them to anyone looking for peace of mind insurance for their pet.
Three times now, I've sent Emails and submitted a request on their website for assistance with parts I require for my fireplace, and absolutely ZERO response. Nothing! Nada! If I did not already have a Megamaster fireplace, I definitely would not invest in one. Numerous places sells their fireplaces, so one would expect them to have a decent support structure, but NOOOOOOOO! I's like talking to the hand!
For the second time now, I receive a message from Fastway "Your parcel is on its way! Expect delivery today" . That was yesterday. I cancel my business to ensure I'm home when the parcel arrives but, IT NEVER ARRIVES!! What is wrong with these people? Don't they realize that people have lives? I postponed my business too today, so the courier will probably find no-one home when, and if he comes to deliver the parcel.
Extremely disappointed with Capitec. Tried to log on to pay a bill online and cannot. The service is not available. I have not been with Capitec for long and this is not the first time I've had this problem. I Really think I should just close this account and move to another bank. The whole idea of online banking is so you can do business 24/7/365!

I should have read the reviews on Hallo Peter before I ordered from them. I placed an order fort key rings only to find out a week later that these come from overseas, probably China, and that it's going to be a while before the stuff arrives here, if it arrives! They should actually warn potential customers of the fact that they source their products from overseas.
