After numerous time of complaining of signal and downloading speed, I took my sim card and threw it away and got a better service provider. I do know that I still owe R250, but after no service and basically a sim card that is not working why should I pay. Now after 2 years you are coming with attorney SMS'es. Go to hell Rain and take your *** networj with you.
Had a contract with Telkom for my 2 years, Gave my notice 30 days before it ended. I payed it up to date and now I’m getting emails that I still owe them R202-70 but the contract also ended like 2 months ago. My sim card is on prepaid now. Avoid this company they are the worst and incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Why I’m saying that. I also have a Vodacom contract. As soon as the debit order goes off my aacount you can check the Vodacom app after 15 min and the account is updated. Telkom on the other hand takes 15-20 days to update your account, they don’t check whether it was payed on date. Sometimes they just add that R202-70 for sim and connection fee but your account was payed on time. I’m definitely not paying that R202-70. Cutting this damn sim card and chucking it in the dustbin. Let them try and blacklist me. Mamma I’m taking you to the Ombudsman Now they want to disconnect one of my prepaid simcards because of their incompetence.

I swear to god if I can know where your damn offices are, I will burn it to the ground. If have sent emails to cancel this damn insurance but you damn imbeciles keep stealing much needed money from my account
I made an online purchase to IMPAK and money was deducted from my account with a pre authorisation status on the 13 March 2021, I transferred money to my account a few days ago and now it’s unusable because of the unprocessed transaction. the deduction that was taken on the 13th was not processed when I check my bank statement.They have recieved my payment but it seems like it wants to go off twice.
They do deliver the stuff you order but the finance department have no clue how to do their job. I paid my account on time. Afterwards I’m getting numerous emails and SMS’es that I haven’t paid. I’ve been sending the proof of payment numerous times. I can’t complain about the service, because there is none.
