Two issues, 1) Not catering for ehome affairs applications and letting them just do their biometrica has created *******ion in terms of ****mers charging upwards of R5k for passport "expediting". 2) Not allowing people to get passports easily is a hinderance the right of free movement, people who work and require a passport to do that work are affected which is my case, I'm just so frustrated and sad that I'll have to miss my work trip and jeopardize the project.
EHome affairs website says that no appointment is required for biometric capturing for passport, but the staff are so obsessed with not listening to anyone that they just say appointment or go away, really bad experience, waste of time and money for transport. I competed the online application and paid, but the bank booking is too far for my work trip in June, the staff really just don't care or just ******** of their online system.
Bought an expensive monitor from Raru, they then sent me a mail saying their suppliers where having issues and that delivery would be delayed. On 18 March I got a mail saying the item is now out of stock with the supplier, I then asked to cancel the order and requested a refund. Got the same response as multiple others on Hello Peter, 15 day queue etc. Its been over 15 days and still no refund, I keep getting the generic response about still being processed. I have been using Raru for years and they have generally been great, but now, I will never use them again, it really hurts for have my hard earned money held hostage, I really can't understand how this is a business practice that continues.
After an angry message I wrote on Hello Peter, I was finally able to get my TV that I ordered all the way back during Black Friday. I would like to thank William Maleka and team for getting it sorted it record time after they spoke to me last week.
I cannot believe the level of service from Digital Planet, they are the worst by far. I bought a TV from Vodacom during their Black Friday specials, until today I have not received my order, but what I have been getting is a 1 - 3 second miss call from Digital Planet and then an SMS saying my order will be cancelled. Then just now, I see a missed call from them, after 5pm, and guess what, an SMS saying my order has been cancelled. I have come to the conclusion that they are a complete SCAM or intentionally cancelling orders, because till this day I have tried multiple times to call them and their number is forever busy or unavailable, I have sent them SMSs, I have sent them mails but everything seems to either be ignored or lost it seems. If you are reading this Digital Planet, know that you I have lost all hope in you and will never work or buy anything from you or your partners again!

Black Friday is a lie, I stayed up on 22 November 2018 for the midnight launch of Vodacoms contracts, I saw the Samsung A8 deal for R99 per month x 24. I instantly ordered the deal and completed the application and also emailed my payslip and ID to ********** I got a confirmation email and awaited the consultants phone call the next day. No one phoned. Today 24 November 2018, I was told by a consultant that they dont have stock of the Samsung A8 and that they have cancelled my application. I am not happy at all, I was among the first to apply for the deal, I have an email confirmation with the date and time on it and theres no way others applied before me. My reference number is (VODACOMDIREC- ********** ********** 81) This seems to be a trend with Vodacom, they are all lies with their so called Black Friday deals and I am very disappointed. I actually wanted two of their contracts the Samsing A8 and Nokia 8 , and now I'll probably just go with MTN or another competitor.

"I am very disappointed, I received a call around the 21 September from a man named David, he explained how the sales consultant didn't put in the right promotional code for the contract and also apologised and asked for my delivery address. He assured me and said that my query was top priority and that I would receive the Huawei watch with 1 or 2 days. Its now 4 October 2017 and I have not received the watch. Please check into this for me, Im tired of false promises." The above was one of the message I sent to Telkom, they plain lied to me and told me I was "priority" and said I would get the watch in 1 or 2 days...ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH! Right unless I get the watch by next week, you can expect your phone back, and I dare you to charge me a fee for it because then I will bring my own legal adviser into the mix. All I want is to get what I paid for, thats it, is that so hard for you guys to accomplish?
I ordered the Huawei P10 and Fitness watch deal from the Telkom mobile website, I received my new mobile phone and sim from Telkom mobile on 1 August 2017, I instantly noticed that I did not receive the Fitness watch that the sales agent told me I would get would the Huawei P10 contract. I phoned the call center and told them about the missing Fitness watch, they apologised and assured me that they would get an agent to send me the Fitness watch. A week went by, so I phoned their call center again, and once again got an apology and said they would escalate the matter. This pattern has been going on until today 7 September 2017 and they have not even done a single thing to assist me. All I want to do is complete the contract that I signed up for, but it seems Telkom mobile does not want paying customers. I have spoken on multiple occasions to the social media team via Facebook and they have a also assured me that this would be resolved. I even went to a Telkom mobile shop but they told me they can't do anything because the systems are not linked. Please Telkom, listen closely, you guys are in breach of contract until I get this watch so please prioritize this issue. If no feedback is given then I will cancel the contract and will not pay a single cent for cancellation fees, so please just complete the contract terms.
