Big ups to Siyabonga Magagula for the exceptional customer service. I was having a terrible day at work and I thought i should call Stadio to enquire about my studies and re-registration for my supplementary modules. The minute he picked up my call ,to how he introduced himself (Stood out) He asked how my day was. I didn't expect him to care much but in fact he did. He went beyond and above for me and I wish you guys could have a lot of Siyabongas there. 10/10 minus nothing.
Bad customer service at Mall of Africa. I bought 2 chicken plenty and I was charged for a wrap and when I asked the guy he said that I should come back the next day for a refund and I live in Pretoria. I had to drive all the way to Mall of Africa from Pretoria. That is B.S . He has a very condescending attitude and tone towards me and my boyfriend. When I asked him why is he not giving me a receipt and how will he identify me, he asked who else would come there for the situation. That is utterly rude and unacceptable. @anat_foods yall not value customer service and it's disgusting

Good day Firstly I would like to say thank you to the gentleman by the name of Sthembiso. I had an informative telephonic conversation this morning. He explained everything in detail regarding the car insurance policy that I was interested in. At this point I feel like I literally went through the whole contract with him. He was very patient and kind. If it wasn’t for Sthembiso I wouldn’t have insured my car with Prime SA. Thank you for the excellent service
Good day, I enquired about an HR certificate at IQ Academy, an agent called me and I explained that I would like to take the course next year (2024) and we did the whole process, and days later I go on my banking app and I see that the debit order will go off in October,but that was not the agreement. I enquired about it and I was told that a consultant will call me in 5-7 days and is now the 8th day and i am still waiting
About a month ago the municipality of Ekurhuleni dug a hole just outside my yard to install water pipes. The hole has been there for the past month and it’s goes around my whole yard. I can’t access my house. I’ve been parking my car outside my yard. This is really babd and it’s not safe for my kids and my car as well
I placed an order online for a 5G WiFi router and I got an email stating I’ll receive my router within 5 days. It’s 2 weeks now and I haven’t gotten my router. I tried calling them a several times and they don’t answer their phone. Another thing is I can’t access my account now. It’s like my account disappeared or something (not sure). I tried creating a new account but it denies me access stating that I already have an account but I can’t access my existing account, it says account not found. I went on their Facebook page and sent a direct message and they told me an agent will call me. I have been waiting for the agent to call me even now I haven’t gotten any communication from them. I went again on their Facebook page and sent another message and I got a reply saying they have sent my router to a courier company and the courier company will make contact with me and they haven’t either. I want to be able to access my account and cancel my order because it’s a very ****ty company with bad customer service They are not professional and they don’t care about their customers . I’ll not encourage anyone to buy from them because they will scam you like they scammed me
<p>At the 12/09/2016 I went to Game store in Midrand,Boulders Mall and I applied for a blackberry 2 in 1 Z3 contract and I was assisted by Dimakatso Ndlovu. A week later 26/09/2016 I went again to apply for a Sonitec tablet and Dimakatso Ndlovu assisted me again. She gave me the wrong contract and I realised that it was the wrong contract after I had signed,I told her to reverse it and she told me that it was processed already. </p> <p> </p> <p>She said it was going to take 40working days to cancel it. After 40days Cell-c told me to pay for the 2phones which I didn't have. The first 2phones are blocked and Sim were blocked too.Now Cell-c says I owe them R10142,14. My account has been taken to NDS credit,my credit cards are blocked and I'm blacklisted </p>
