Not deserving of even a single star. My lil sister was admitted for an induction at the maternity ward,though the doctors are great,the nurses need training on how to be professional. How can Sister Pulane ask my little sister why she was admitted before being full term? She harassed my sister till she was switched with another nurse. After birth, the issue started with the paed who kept playing games and never giving information and spewing a different story everyday on what the actual problem was with our little angel. We complained to a point we were fed up,we asked they discharge the baby and she opted for a transfer to delay the progress. Whilst waiting for the ambulance to move our baby to Legae,they refused my lil sister to see her child till my mom escalated that matter as well and she **** saying she didn't. I'd rather go to public hospital before I set my foot there again. Hope we never meet again.
The service was so horrible that I had to get a tailor to create their skirt from scratch. I ordered a skirt online and had to run after them to deliver. It got delivered after the expected date and had theards all over it,it was a huge size and didn't even look like the design on the pics. The sewing was ********** and looks like a learner did the work. I called in but they didn't wanna help me so had to make a plan. After buying the skirt for R700,I had to pay another R450 to recreate the skirt like the pic. My tailor performed miracles.
After waiting for more than the stipulated delivery time,I received a large size skirt though i ordered small. The skirt came with threads hanging, the threads were not even sewn in properly. the skirt didn't look like what I saw in the picture and worst of all didn't fit at all. I gave them a call to complain but the lady who answered gave me an attitude and didn't give me a resolution. she said the only thing they can do is to start the refund process which might take 2 months and with T&Cs. So I was not happy I ended up paying somebody else to alter the skirt so that was like 500 extra on top of the 700 that I paid. Appalling and disgusting. They don't know how to produce the products for customers, only for the owner as they alter on her.
i wanted to add my 2nd car on the policy and i was assisted by Miguel Haasbroek. it was quick and easy from getting the different quotes, documents and to insure the car. i always get royal service
after the increase in premium and decrease in the cover itself, you would expect them to communicate with the new policy document and premium. i was debited R514 from the R340 that i was paying, wow. i have been trying to get a hold of them on 3 numbers but none is answered. I want to cancel my policy. simple as that. i will find other insurance houses that aren't this bad and the premium matches the cover. its appalling and truly unprofessional.
She doesn't even deserve a star, appalling service after payment. Monique doesn't communicate on anything and doesn't even care. She was dodgy and lying throughout the after payment process. She was rescued by Wiegenkind Boutique who took over the order and was great and sorted me out in 3 days.
If i could give 10 stars, i would. Kay gave me excellent service on an order that wasn't even hers. I ordered from Honey Blush baby boutique and after multiple followups and being ignored, Kay took over the order and i got my products in 3 days. The fabric/material is of great quality, i was quite shocked. Kay is so friendly and lively as well. communication was great. I'm a definite customer
I called in to ask for a review of my policy and didn't even spend 5 minutes on the phone with Melissa. She delivered and the new policy document was in my inbox before we ended the call. Hello happy day.

<p>Seems like AFHCO will forever be a pain. I moved out 2 months ago and i have accepted that they will re-paint the flat and send me the amounts that will be outstanding, they did not communicate with me and i get an SMS today stating that i have been handed over and i will be paying for the legal charges. was i supposed to know how much i owe if there is no communication from your side. I was not happy when i was there and still making me miserable after that, hai man</p>
