Vodacom gives out your details and banking details to elite mobile and then elite mobile steals your money
<p>I got contacted by elite mobile 24feb pretending to be vodacom directly to upgrade my daughters R99 contract to R79 because her device is still working well.They then charged me R150 for early upgrade(whats the point!!!they told me its time for an upgrade because it was 22months but then they charge!!!I still paid R99 for her old contract and then they charged other stuff as well,hotpsotter and some seeker thing ended up paying over R300 for absolutely nothing !!!! Whats worse it happens everyday to a lot of people but vodacom does nothing to protect its customers.I even went all the way from jhb to the elite mobile umhlanga offices and they werent prepared to explain or refund the money!!!!!!! Please please stop elite mobile!!!!!!!!!</p>

Elite mobile biggest crooks in telecoms
<p>I was contacted be elite mobile to upgrade my daughters R99 contract to R79 a month debit orders went off R150 for an early upgrade(whats the point!!!!if I knew inwouldnt upgrade early!!!!)another R49 and R39 for value added services!!!!what the hell is hotspotter and what ever else!They dont answer properly on social media and emai si i went all the way to their umhlanga offices(from jhb)No one wanted to face me or help me I am taking this story to carte blanche!Everyday they are stealing frim people!</p>

Cathy is a criminal!!!
<p>Last year july ordered a diamond from cathy via bid or buy.Received a diamond in august but the grading wasnt as advertised and also never received the certificate Cathy said oh no shell collect and return the right diamond.Well after many many phone calls and emails we received about 3deliveries that was worthless and supposedly wrongSo embarrasing to take the stones to a jeweler and being told is worth less than a cubic circonia.When I told Cathy that I want a refund she said the jeweler is being biased because he wants to sell his diamonds to me!!!But the flaws was so obvious even to the naked eye.After 3months I contacted bid or buy who advised me that I am the only one who complained about Cathy and her terrible useless diamonds.Eventually they helped me get a refund but many people after me could have been helped and not end up in the situation the have if they reacted sooner.</p>

Terrible pool company
<p>Our building contractor got splashpools to do our holiday home spa pool last year November.The pool wasnt installed properly,completely scew and buldging and when we complained they charged us a R3500 call out fee said it wasnt their fault and then nulled our guarantee!Well 7months down the line the pool is leaking !!!!all the spa jets has no seals!!Costs us so much money to have it fixed!!!please people Desmond Philips is the biggest chancer you will ever find in the industry!!!!</p>
