I trust this email finds you well, as I am not due to the horrible services I got from TimberCity Lenasia. I bought a Rose Block stable door for R1999.00 on the 26th June 2018. • After vanishing the door, I noticed cracks and took pictures and this was reported on the 17 August 2018 to Fana at Timbercity. • On the 28th August I received a message from Fana to show me that he send the complaint to the factory and they will call me back with feedback. • He called and told me that they suggested a wood filler which I rejected. • On the 4th September I send another message expressing my unhappiness about their service and they never responded to it. • On the 11 Sept I went to Timbercity saw Fana , who called the factory and asked me to talk to someone who promised to come to my house 12/09 at 9h30. • At 11h17 I sent a message to Fana telling him the guy hasn’t arrived. After few minutes I called and he told me he is in Randburg will try call the guy. • At 15h18 I sent another message to Fana that there was no sign of the guy and that I had heard nothing from him. At 16h43 I received a message from Fana that he can’t get hold of the guy. I am still waiting to be assisted as a customer and I feel as though all my complaints are falling on deaf ears as I am being toyed with.
I went to shoprite chekers with my grandson this afternoon. When i got to the till, one of the items i bought (2 part lunch tin) happened to have a bar-code and it was the last one they had. While they are attempting to help me, my 7 year old grandson needed to use the bathroom. I asked the cashier who then directed me to the security guard who refused to let the little boy use the toilet and told me he has to go out and use the public toilet. I tried to explain that I am still waiting for the bar code issue to be resolved and that it was not our fault that it was taking so long but they still refused. 10 minutes later one of the mangers/supervisors then came and asked someone to walk him to the staff bathroom. My anger and frustration is that this is a child and the reason we were still in the shop is because someone did not do their job as the item did not have a bar code. I really and truly demand an apology.
Where do I begin? At the moment I am trying all I can in my power not to vomit my entire intestines out on my table!!! I bought a 330ml fanta orange at Chicken Licken Kensington B and I wish I just listened to my personal trainer and drank water instead. This thing tastes like a rat died and decomposed in this can and I am extremely FURIOUS!!! I want my money back and I want to know why you people are trying to **** me. I can easily clean my engine with this liquid I unfortunately paid for. Pay me back and explain very well... in fact i am utterly traumatized & want compensation.
<p>I enrolled my son to Kingswood Christian school late 2016.</p> <p>That would turn out to be the biggest mistake I've ever made. The school is unethical to the core. The passed week the school sports have been locked , meaning learners have had to wait outside until the receptionist reports for work at 7:30(which by the way is the time the school starts). On other days like today, even the gates are locked. I have been sending emails trying to get an explanation or for them to change their ways to no success. The school principal refuses to speak to me and keeps telling me he will speak to the child's grandmother. I am the child's mother and the one who pays the school fees. Today he sent me an email saying that the teachers do not need to report for duty before 7:30 and this baffles me because how does that make any sense? The school day as in the learning or assembly is supposed to commence at 7:30 that does not mean that the gates are to remain closed until then. I have tried everything, I send emails, I call and no one cares and they have the utter nerve to respond days after , disregarding the safety issue and worse the Principal hung up on me when I called as I asked to speak to the director seeing that he was taking my concerns lightly. </p>
<p>Today I purchased an MTN sim card from pick n pay trade route mell. Their rica machine was not working so they advised to to go to the MTN store 2 shops away. I did so and when i got there one of the men who work there flat out refused to help me rica the sim card and said that i must buy the card from them, then they will rica it. Its actually not about the amount to buy the sim card but its the principal. I walked in with an MTN sim card for pete's sake!!! and here i sit with a card that is not RICA'd. i need someone to call me ASAP on ********** 355</p>
