Panarotis Clearwater, my wife was removed from a table that was not booked or reserved after we she sat and came to fetch us outside having acknowledged by a waiter. Another waiter told us the table is reserved we should leave. I didn't want to cause a stir but was so disappointed by Panarotis after we sat ready to be served and all of sudden this foreigner stood us up abruptly.

I got a call from an agent to install Explora Ultra at no additional cost monthly, I agreed to no additional cost but my current normal monthly subscription. They installed it on Monday the 13th of January. When I now check my balance is over R1500. I went on DSTV chat spoke Mathapelo and she just sent the same breakdown but I I told that's not the agreement she ended the chat. I tried to speak another agent again they all ended a chat within 5 minutes. Now I won't pay a cent and they must come collect their decoder and satellite.

I have paid up sportscene about 3 years back I have been sending emails requesting a paid up letter however they are not responding. I have been calling and sent from pillar to post. They can see the account is paid up but are refusing to send a paid up letter
Good Day I have never experienced such worse service in my life. Last week Wednesday 20th of March 2024, I paid R597 for my outstanding fees. I was contacted by Lebo from debt department to pay and will let me know when to start at gym. I have been calling her texting her and she ignores me. This morning she sends me a text say morning and when I respond she doesn't answer and when I call her on her cell phone she further ignores me. I called the landline and spoke to mpho dumb enough to cut my call. I called again and another lady answers and transfers me. They took my ID number and told me Lebo has not done anything.
