Very disappointed! The cars are of extremely poor quality. It is clear they do not properly inspect or service their vehicles before putting them on the market. You end up going back and forth with them over the most minor issues. I strongly advise staying away from these guys. Their second hand vehicles are ticking time bombs.
Despite my initial frustration, I want to express my gratitude for the professionalism of the agent who assisted me with the SIM swap issue. Thank you for your patience and for addressing the matter so effectively. I truly appreciate your support.
Your service when it comes to SIM swaps is absolutely unacceptable! The security questions you ask are far too specific and completely unrealistic. How can someone who has lost both their phone and ID document, go to one of your stores with a copy of their ID and a police affidavit, only to be rejected because you demand the original? Then, as if that’s not bad enough, I call your call centre as an alternative, and you ask even more ridiculous questions. I am a client, and I’m willing to provide the transaction history I remember, yet your methods are so rigid and impractical. C Cell, your processes are driving your clients away!
The situation has reached a point where most residents in my area feel they are paying monthly for a service they hardly use. Vuma services in the Lambton Germiston area have deteriorated significantly in the last two months, and there seems to be a reluctance to address the issue. I believe this is due to their monopoly as the sole FNO in the area. I sincerely hope that steps are taken to rectify this, especially since it disproportionately affects those of us who rely on remote work. It's disheartening to see consumers being taken advantage of by large corporations with no action being taken.
One must exercise caution when dealing with Snupit, as it appears that they do not thoroughly vet the contractors they deploy through their app. I had a troubling experience with one of their contractors, Gezwork. He was sent to my house to repair my geyser. However, upon entering the roof, he performed no meaningful work, collected payment from me, and promptly disappeared. Despite my attempts to contact him, I was unsuccessful. Initially, my geyser was in working order, with the only issue being overheating. Strangely, after Gezwork's intervention, my geyser ceased functioning altogether, and he falsely claimed to have replaced certain parts. I reported this unfortunate incident to Snupit, but they have remained completely unresponsive. It seems that they are indifferent to the situation. Essentially, I have been a victim of theft, and Snupit is fully aware of the situation but has taken no action to address or rectify it.
I subscribed for the Telkom LTE uncapped package with DSL Telecoms. Before the subscription I was assured that their support team will be there to assist me whenever I run into any issues. At first I was reluctant to go for it knowing how bad telkom technical support is. But DSL Telecom assured me that I will be dealing with them when it comes to support. Now that I have subscribed, whenever I call them to assist me with technical support related issues they don't even entertain me. They quickly become dismissive and ask me to call Telkom for any support related issues. Now I am sitting with a 24 months contract that I am not even using. This is really frustrating and unfair treatment from DSL Telecoms and Telkom.
<p>Reason for this review is to speak out my dissatisfaction with Vodacom. I have in my possession a data card given to me by my employer so that I can use this to check email and perform other work related tasks when I am out of office.</p> <p>I hardly use the data card, but last month the invoice for the data card came through and amount on the invoice is so unrealistic. I have asked Vodacom to email me a data breakdown on I the managed to get to this amount (7000 rand) and the sites I went to.</p> <p>Vodacom has been giving me a run around on this, I went to their offices in Midrand and I was promised that I will get someone to handle my case, till today I have received feedback from anyone.</p>
