actually a 0 star. terrible service. Waiting for 2 weeks to speak to someone in supprt. My IT guy cant get hold of them.. Just a automated response that makes you hold on for 2 hours and then no one gets back to you. Think carefully before you sign up with them.
Please DO NOT BOOK with travelstart. Needed to change the date on a return booking due to an emergency. They do not respond . Its been 36 hours still waiting for email quote they promised to send.
Dear Sir/Madam Reference repair id 014333102792E9 Customer details: Zukisani Xhego Id 9506170582081 Imei 357805102389815 Brand : MOBICEL Purchased from Pep Store in Khayalitsha tel 021 3614816 Please note this phone was purchased on the 30 of July. It was only used from the 10th of August and on the 14th of August taken to Pep stores as the phone needed to be kept on the charger permanently to get it to charge. Looked like the battery was faulty. My domestic was without a phone from the 14th of August till the 13th of October. Totally unacceptable for a brand new phone. She returned it on the 23rd of October. Same problem . Phone not charging. What must she do now without a phone. She was told this repair will take a further 35 days. This is totally unacceptable. If my domestic does not get a full refund(please note she does not want this problematic phone back) we are going to the consumer council .We do not want this phone back. We will be reporting this to Wendy Knowler the onbudsman for consumer dissatisfaction if this matter is not sorted. <p> I run a self catering establishment in Cape Town. Ordered mattress converters from Dieter of Sleeping Swan. Paid on the 31st of May 2016.</p> <p>Still waiting for my order. Courier paid as well. Now its 25th July and Dieter of Sleeping Swan will not answer his phones or relpy to emails. Sleeping Swan gone to sleep!!!</p> <p>Beware buyers!!!</p>
