I bought shoes for my son today and he is currently not well and was unable to come with me. I got him and the shoes did not fit and so I went back to the shop only to be told that they no longer do refunds and therefore I can only exchange. The money I had was for shoes and there was no other shoe I could take. I was supposed to be told upon purchase that there is no longer an option for refund. Now I have spent the shoe money I had and my son has no shoes. It's totally absurd, it's now operating like a Chinese store. Very unhappy as I was not made aware.
I am very disappointed with fair cape ecofresh milk, for the second time the milk has gone bad before the best before date. I am not confident to buy their 2l bottle again, it's gone to waste and the bottle is still also full.
Flexicare deducted extra money for December month from my husband with no explanation. We called on this behalf and the agent put us on hold for the longest time until the call disconnected. It was 37 minutes long and no help. I would like flexicare to give explanation about such high monthly contribution or we will cancel and move on. Unacceptable
<p>I am tired of canal walk debonairs and their failure to answer phone calls. Many times i have called to make an order and the phone juat rings with no answer. The fact that it is duri g working hours and no one is attending means that yhe phone is being ignored. I have had end up ordering from steers bedside of yhia on many occassions. It is highly unprofessional and very irritating.</p>
