Good day Can someone please inform me when will my payment be allocated because every time i phone i have to send a proof of payment and when i phone again its a different sorry can my order please be send to me and a manger to please phone me
Still no Feedback on my order , had to send the proof of payment again, still no feedback form makro, ask that a manger calls me, didnt happen order nr od 434346717302501100, Can they please allocate my payment and send my goods.
We placed a order in May 2025, we phone everyday to follow up and sended proof of payments 3 Times , they still didnt allocate the payment we don't want a refund we want the safe that we ordered Everytime we phone its a different story and always no manger ( always in a meeting) to assist.
Trying to contact the store Boksburg now for 2 Days no response on my order
No Feed back from this company, the order was placed a month ago and we still didn't receive the stock.
My order says still waiting for payment when I phone in they say they will escalate the to the finance department still to day no feedback from them If I Don't follow up nobody gets back to me Forts service I received in a long time!! Its impossible to take a week to check a payment.

The manager did correct my account it wasnt my fault that is was load shedding and my order didnot update it is 6 months now ans it s stil not corrected
Ask the consultant how far my card is bec it its expiring she said the card will be delivered in Springs i was still busy with the lady cut the call, I'm no longer staying in Springs I'm in Benoni and my card Expires in 2 Weeks
Good Day They keep on blocking my fnb card, All personal info was updated, it is in bracing if yo go the shop and the card declines, No one from the bank contacted me yet after logging 2 Complaints already
