I and many people I know have been loyal customers at Foodline/Frontline Cash &Carry they already don't seem to know what their own company name is, and is owned by pompous Indian people who treat members of the public who donot dress in brand names or pretend to be rich very poorly and as if they are all ********s, I did pick this up several times whilst shopping there but was unaware at how bad it could get, On 27 November 2025, at around 12:30 my parents parked in the parking area and left my brother to attend to the vehicle, where he got off the car for a smoke and was viciously attacked by the security and pushed out of the premises into the street in rainy weather for no valid reason, he was being told to leave the premises despite explaining that this is his father's vehicle and he is awaiting them from shopping he was pushed and shoved around by members or workers employed at this business and that the manager named ****m who is probably not right in his head, and paranoid about being ****** by innocent members of the public, my brother had to leave the car open and leave the parking area leaving the vehicle unattended, this manager seems more interested in attacking the poor than the real ********s that are out there, I would advise all dignified South Africans to beware and stop shopping at this disgusting arrogant Shopping Centre that they could very well become victims of crimes or hijacking if told to leave their own vehicles by the security at this store and stand outside the premises, my brother has a disability and is intellectual challenged and still suffering from the Trauma I want all South Africans to get together and I will see to it that this numb self obsessed Indian store owners get shut down for discriminating public based on the way they may be dressed, there is no valid reason to treat anyone that disrespectful as a concerned South African Citizen I want to escalate this business to Consumer Council for whatever rotten food they may also be keeping in their stores

I purchased my vehicle in 2015 at Volkswagen Dealership, it was financed trough Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset finance, the monthly deductions went off fine, with no problems, unfortunatetly i lost my employment due to a disability in 2021 when i lost my job the first worry and concern was the vehicle i then requested a call back from Standard Bank Vehicle Asset Finance, i was very quickly contacted back by Standard Bank agent on the 23 December 2021 and was informed by the Standard Bank agent that she has a settlement offer for me, i was more than happy to oblige, the agent probably was working from home as it was during Covid-19 pandemic the agent qouted me a settlement balance and the agent even proceeded to deduct the funds from my account and the agent told me that Standard Bank will even post the change of ownership to me, i became worried when i realised that i have not yet recieved my papers as promised i then called Standard Bank again and to my horror it was explained to me that i have short paid on the vehicle, and even worse i have been handed over to My Africa properties who now wants to reposes the Vehicle for a few thousand rands now that everything was done telephonically i donot even have proof of settlement only a statment reflecting that the payment did indeed go off my savings account, it is now 2024 and still a struggle for Standard Bank to fix the problem, i am now declared disabled and unable to return to work i collect Social Security Grant inorder to continue living, on my last visit to Standard Bank i was informed by the agent assisting me that i owe a further 5000.00 rands in Interest as i did not close my cheque account despite the fact that theyve settled my credit card with them trough disability insurance, which is linked to my cheque account, they even contacted debt review department and when i was put on the phone was rudely advised that i am responsible for my Cheque Account and that i have to pay it using my social grant which does not make sense to me, when in the branch on 5th January 2024 i was placed on hold for hours trying to get trough to their debt review department i can only imagine what happens to somebody who is calling from home...in conclusion i would like to warn every citizen of the beautiful country we are living in to be very careful of banking with Standard Bank as they are big ******* and con artists, they claim to assist those in debt but ive had a totally different experience, guys beware of anything to do with Standard Bank rather bank elsewhere incase you find yourself in my situation.
Horrible experience with Standard bank incompetent staff, treating clients like criminals despite their own incompetence and illiteracy, I had accepted a settlement offered by Standard bank on internet banking, on a recorded call with an agent from Standard bank the incompetent staff member told me the settlement offer is valid to make payment she confirmed this twice to me on the recorded call, she even offered to do the debit herself and proceeded to run the debit herself from my Standard Bank Puresave account, the amount was debited reflected after 24 hours and she advised me to call standard bank to request change of ownership, to my horror when I called Standardbank requesting my change of ownership I was treated suspiciously and told they need to investigate despite the illiterate agent confirming that Standard bank has taken the account themselves up until now I am still waiting for them to investigate, their own stupidity I urge the community to be weary of Standardbank incompetent staff earning a salary for being stupid and causing unnecessary investigation of their own stupidness now the only thing that is rather comical is the amount of money the bank is going to waste on an internal investigation of stupidity
Hi my name is Priyen and I would like to bring your attention to my auwful experience, I was looking for a job on my mobile phone, and was directed by career junction to LinkedIn network, inorder to apply I read their 1 month free offer, and so I decided why not it is free and thereafter can decide wether to join depending on the experience, to my surprise LinkedIn managed to debit my credit card account, with an amount of 747.49 I still am unsure how they managed to obtain my details, I presume I had purchased Netflix on the website and Google Account had my credit card details stored on the website, please beware of this company and its affiliates they will find your bank account details and charge you for service you never used without informing you, in the case of you coming across linkedin either as a download on your phone or redirected by a job seekers page donot even follow the link I understand my case is being reviewed and still awaiting feedback
Hi , I would like to create awareness around my circumstances experienced whilst booked in at Sun City resort, I was unfortunately a victim of theft inside the resort, please be alert it's not just the baboons you should beware of but in the case where you find yourself in my hopeless situation where even after investigating management at the resort claimed my version of the story is a fabrication, and that the security guards in question have passed the polygraph tests and showed no signs of deception, so think twice before having a drink or two and also always be cautious with your valuables like necklaces, jewelry sunglasses, phones infact carry a anti theft bag when you visit the resort goodluck
Goodday all interested in vacation at Sun City Resort, I was a victim of a traumatic experience on the 6th September 2021, when I had been drinking at a bar downstairs at the Soho hotel in Sun City resort, my brother had called for security to accompany me to room 639 that is when the security guard on duty viciously robbed me of many valuable items, he used some kind of chemical to make me unconscious for a while and stole a ray ban sunglasses worth over 2000 Rand's ,cash from my wallet approximately 2000 Rand's a usb flash drive, and a sterling silver necklace which had sentimental value to me, it is shocking in the matter of public interest that such crime can occur inside a resort where one is under impression that they are safe, what is frustrating is that it seems that the resort and affiliates seem to want to sweep the incident under the rug, my fears are how safe are other guests what about women and kids, with such criminals operating inside the resort, I believe that security has not even been suspended please beware of Sun City resort staff, they operate in a crime syndicate and often wait for you to have a few drinks inorder to carry out their dirty deeds
I was booked in at Soho Hotel, on the evening of the 6th of September I was escorted by security working at the hotel to my room, that's when the nightmare began the security on duty that evening who is supposed to protect the public used some sort of chemical, which I believe is chloroform when I lost consciousness he proceeded to steal from me, he has stolen a Ray-Ban sunglasses, a sterling silver necklace, he helped himself to cash in my wallet, and even stole a usb flash drive, it pains me to know I had a right to be safe in the resort when unfortunately it turned out to be a Nightmarish ordeal when I spoke to staff at the front desk they seemed to be protecting the criminal and told me he said he doesn't know anything my advice to Tourist and public is to beware of misconception that Sun City Resort is a safe place to holiday once in the gates it is a different story most of the staff there are from nearby townships and work together to cover up heinous crimes, imagine what else they are capable of,. I urge the public and possible tourists wishing to visit the resort to be very very careful it is not what you think it is welcome to the New South Africa sadly that same security will take u and your kids to your room as he still will enjoy employment and get away with crime
I was booked in at Sun City, Soho hotel for 3 nights, whilst there I was drinking at a bar, I had an altercation with a gentleman inside the bar, my brother had called for security to remove me from the bar and that is where my nightmare began, the security that was on duty that evening used some sort of chemical which I believe is similar to chloroform and when unconscious he ripped a sterling silver necklace of my neck, he then searched my safety bag and stole my ray ban sunglasses and even had the nerve to go trough my wallet and help himself to cash, including a usb flash drive, when I enquired the staff seemed to be protecting him and kept saying he says he does not know anything, the bar right up until the rooms should have surveillance, yet they kept on defending the criminal, I urge public anyone interested in booking and staying in Sun City to beware of criminal syndicates operating in the hotel and all over the resort, I felt safe in the resort I trusted the security to protect me yet my stay tuned into a living nightmare, I lost valuable items there worth alot of money and sentimental value I am in agony and pain and want to warn public of that stay at the so called kingdom of pleasure can easily turn into a nightmare I feel sorry for tourists who are unsuspecting and feel they are safe, the staff working there are from nearby townships and come there to rob and steal.
What auwful experience after losing my phone trough a smash and grab I've had to endure another daylight nightmare, customers beware of vodashop Centurion Mall, the sales representatives are focused on incentives, and not on customer satisfaction, even going to the point of lying to customers that they have no stock for insurance replacement the tactic is for high incentives on new make phones such as Oppo and Vivo sales instead of customer satisfaction, please donot trust this store the sales representatives are incentives focused and will lie to you to get their paycheck even bringing you a device cheaper than the one you owned, I personally will avoid buying or upgrading or even if I have further insurance claims never to visit this store again
