Cakes for Africa doesn't respect their customres anymore. Or they rather be upfront with customers that they don't know how to make design cakes. They can only make their own cakes with no special designs. When i get home the Cake was almost falling by the side. I am a regular client but this time, they showed me flames. They were not even feeling sorry, instead the lady said I can fixed it with my hands. Imagine🥺☹️. I wish you had the space for puctures so that I can download them for everyone to see. That time I paid a huge amount. Cakes for Africa Pretoria East.
I would like to complain about the service I received from Metropolitan. I opened a funeral policy 3 months back from a gentleman in Pretoria. I can give out his name if need be. I emailed all the documents to him. ID copies and all. The next thing when they send a welcome pack, my details are not correct. From the names of my children and my own name. I told them and ask them to correct them but till today nothing is fixed. When I tell the gentleman he told me I can do whatever I want because it's not his job to fix the mess. That's appalling, Even after sending our ID copies? Unless I am missing something. He was working with a lady. I have the emails with me. Metropolitan is getting my money monthly but my personal details are wrong. Should any tragedy happen will they pay? What happened to the Identity documents I send? Are they even safe? I just need someone to help me with this or cancel my policy if they can't fix it. Thank you
Good day. I went to Home Choice shop in Pretoria on the 29 May 2020 to buy few blankets and duvets for My family in Limpopo. In the first place I was not told that they don't keep stock which means I won't get out of the shop with what I went there to buy. I only learned that at the till point and agreed to continue with the purchase as I thought 5 days of waiting is not bad. later that day when at home I receive an sms that says my delivery will delay for 3 to 5 WEEKS. No call no nothing, I went to the shop the following day to ask for my refund because weeks is not what we agreed upon. They said they need my bank statement in order to process my refund. When I go to the bank to print my statement the transaction did not show so I had to wait for Monday. Indeed I went to the bank first thing on Monday morning and emailed it to the shop. I called after to check if they received it and Fezile Nkosi confirmed that they did and I must expect my refund within 72 hours. Now my problem is 72 hours have passed but no money in my account and I need to go and buy blankets in another shops with stock before my family get infected by COVID-19 in this cold in Limpopo. I requested a reversal of payment made twice. Fnb said the Dispute will take 7 to 14 days but even today thetes no money in my account. Aftet sendiny all the emails that shows that i also communicated will Travelstart. Now i am stranded and have no money in my account. The amount of the money is R4657. 00. For flight reference ZA ********** 92 WHICH WAS CANCELLED. The emai was sent by Ms Katlego Rapoo From FNB in Gezina. Her email is ********** to ********** on the18 December 2018 at 15:56. I booked a flight that goes to Durban on their website. From the 31st December to the 6th January 2019. I made a mistake and aldo wantef to book a cheaper flight which is Mango. I booked another one because thete was no confirmation that it was booked. I later received the email that says it has been booked. Now i was seated with 2 flight bookings. The correct and the wrong one. I tried to call travel start but failed because their phone kept on playing music. I wrote an email and immediately received an email that confirm the receipt and said someone will call me. And i never received a call. On the 17 or the 18th i tried to call, the 1st and the 2nd receiver put me from a pillar to post. The 3rd receiver of my call cancel the flight for me and i received the email for that. Up until today i did not receive my refund. Im about to travel back from Durban Back to Pretoria but no money in my account. What must one do when things are like this? Make this complain trend on twitter? The money i must get back is R4657. 00. For voucher ZA ********** 2 which was cancelled. HELLO PETER, Can you kindly intervene.
<p>I am writing this review to express my DISSAPPOINTMENT about my way. I always write here while happy about Thapelo Masinga's great service but i cannot say the same today. I am deeply hurt, dissappointed and in tears. A asituation yesterday and decided miway as my insurer and was assisted by the gentleman called PATRIC MBALATI. He promised that my car will be towed to TOYOTA but instead i learned today that my car was towed to SMD, like what the hell is this. The car have valuable things in it.</p> <p>The next thing we tried calling his to really explain on what is going to happen but even now Patrick cannot be traced. My collegues tried calling miway several times but still no help. I tried asking them to atleast askThapelo Masinga to call me back but even now Thapelo did not come back to me. I am actually sitting here right now writting this review but i do not know where the hell is my car. and what is going to happen with it.</p> <p>I was assisted later by Ntokozo who promised me sone 24 hour car hire but nothing. I am sitting here and very dissappointed, i don't even know where am i going to go home with at this hour because i had to come to my work place so that i can be able to call the very same miway who is very useless to me at this moment.</p> <p>I really do not know what to do now.</p> <p>All MIWAY employees that me and my colleagues tried calling since morning did not bother to give me any help or sollution, really i am pertubed and flabbergusted i don't know what to do.</p> <p>Can HELLO PETER help me?
