Ive gotten an email where they said they have send me an email few days earlier stating they will terminate my account i have never received such email i did immediately contact them asked why they terminate my account they just said its because they saw some activities on my account i asked them that i can send them proof of all my incomes as im a content creator several attempts but no one came back to me eventually ive gotten all my money out of luno and then they terminated my account if a supervisor or person in charge had gotten back to me i could have provided all legal docs showing there is no suspicious activities on my account So if you are a content creator DONT use luno ive been using them for years and now all of a sudden they do this really bad from their part

ive bought two HDD from Jofred then after a month the drive got damaged ive requested the purchase invoices from him because i need it to claim it on WHD website he is ignoring my calls en whatsapps
Ive placed a order with webafrica best service ever and then openserve called me last week to do inatallation and never pitch up phone me again on friday promised it will be installed before close of business and no one pitched up now going for the second week and no one have made contact ive asked web Africa they say openserve said there are cable missing but its a brand new installation of the fibre
Good day i would like to report a company ive paid them the money to build a room for me first ive paid them the 60% deposit and then next they when they would start they phoned me and requestsed another R4000 to pay for the material so ive paid it and then they would have come to start and then they asked for another R2000 for the bricks and material to build the base so i was already suspicious but ive paid it so we can just get the job done today 2020/10/17 he said we need to pay now for them to deliver the material so they can start but it was never mentioned in the begining that we need to pay for the transport of material normally when you do a quote you put everything in quote they requested whole time for e wallet and not deposit. so now he keep on phoning us threatening us to pay else we will lose our money. company name are BE BUILD IT CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS (BE BUILD IT STOP NONSENSE) 0810872234 0670528387 Mike thepavingboys1986@gmail.com pavingtar01@gmail.com What can i do to further take this up and get my money back from this fraudsters.
they said they have arrange for the medical bill to be paid now when ive contacted the hospital it have not being paid i have also canceled their pathetic services as they promise things and dont deliver i need the things to be sorted out unity health services
ive broke my toe and had to go to emergency center as told by the person said over the telephone so the emergency services phoned them and they said all was fine but after i were at the hospital ive received an invoice from the hospital stating i must pay for the xrays that was taken on the medical brochure it state UNLIMITED xrays so why on earth must i pay this i did send it to their claims department but no response today hospital phone me ask when will i be making a payment i will not pay it as its covered on the medical cover i have and i was told to go there by one of the talk sure staff. i went to the home doctor after i got a bad flue so i got an prescription with medication when i got to the pharmacy i was told out of R405 the cover only pay R5 that is really PATHETIC like only R5 i need a formula asap to see what medication are covered like ive already requested but never received it it start feeling more like a SCAM than a actual service to support the people. like i feel now i will never recommend this service to anyone.
When they phoned me everything seemed really good so i have signed up to the service. ive being paying it since Feb and last month ive accidentally slipped and broke my big toe which caused me to go to a GP to check up on it and they sended me to a Specialist to look further into the situation as it can cause infection, when i came to the specialist they phoned Elixi Health and they said the cover does not cover specialists but on the brochure and all over it say it does cover Out-Patient Casualty Treatment for Accidents so now im sitting with a broken toe most probably getting infection and when i went back to the GP they prescribed me with medicine for the toe pain and infection when i went to a clinic they said the medicine on the prescription are not covered???? that is really pathetic i expected to get better service as ive took the biggest package they have to offer that so CALLED COVERED everything thou it does not cover. so now i want to know what do i stand for as this cover im paying does not cover specialists must i go to a state hospital and wait the whole day just to be looked at or do they have certain specialists that they cover and what medicine are they covering....
Ive signed up for a telkom adsl line since the day ive got it i was unable to fully use the line at all it keeps on dropping i cant use the line and they said they wil send someone out but no one is comming to fix the issue.
Ive moved and ive contacted old mutal before that i didnt receive my post with my savings plan card in it i requested it to be resended to my new adress its almost a 4 months later and still did not receive it how long does it take to resend a card to me else ill be canceling my service and request a full refund this is unacceptable
