I brought in my car for service at 7H00 am this morning and went to work and back and still I have to wait for my car to serviced its now 17H00 pm... waiting!!! apparently the was a problem with my service plan that wasn't covered for the 100k km service but I'm I'm covered for 120k km...? how possible is that? anyway all day I have been calling and dealing with this rude service agent that due retirement.. After calling 10 times they finally decide to pick up my calls and she tells me she's busy with customers.. she will get to me when she can mind you it's now half 2 and my car hasn't been touched.. For a company that's not doing so well in the south African economy you really should work on ur Frontline management and the people dealing customers.. IL never come back to this Garage ever again. im really disappointed in the service I got
Good day We took a drive to the Complex near our place to go get some things. my fuel level light went on as I entered the complex bought a few items on my way out Check that, why not fill up to my surprise forgot my master card and they don't take American express. I had 100 decided to switch off my light add 100kilo to my Rage. Nkateko the petrol attended poured for me As me and my fiancée where having our discussion didn't really pay attention to Her pouring. We drove off after she said All done. I stay 5min away 3km away from the complex my light was still on as I arrived at home.. decided to turn back to the Garage, Light was still on. Got one of the Pick pay express managers Cosmos as the Supervisor for the petrol attendeds was busy with an "audit" Jack. Cosmos went to hear my story and decided to investigate and went to look for invoice He went away for 20mins to go get that paper Jack and Him( Cosmos) come back tell me they found the invoice and it shows that she poured the petrol and the is nothing they can do. I explain to them that it's impossible for the light and my Rage not to change the didn't believe me.. Guess What I'm back home and that light is still on and my Range keeps going even further down.. Im Really ****ed off about this whole thing as I pour 2 full tanks every week on both my cars and if they could cheat me 100 just like that without any Remorse I wonder what I've been cheated on since I've been a customer of this Garage from the day it opened.. I'm Apolled!
Good day my Phone recently fell and the screen cracked... I log a collection and delivery service which no one came back to me about so I decided to take a drive to Menlyn Huawei store I found 3 consultant 2 guys and a Colored lady.. this was on Saturday.. The guys where busy lady was out then came back and helped me... I asked about the lady about screen repair under warranty and how I do bookings and all... lady just handed me a piece a paper which had Melrose arch address and contact details.. Telling me she can't help me I must take the phone there.. I then called the Huawei call center to ask about lady was helpful told me I can take my Phone to We Fix it Menlyn and that I Could have also taken it to Telkom where I purchased if they have a Instore technician they could also assist... I really don't understand why the Huawei store doesn't have technician the staff doesn't know the booking procedure... I could have went to we fix it Menlyn on Saturday got my phone fixed now I have to go the special just because someone didn't know what the procedure Please train your staff... I'm really disappointed about the after service
<p>Today was a hectic day like any other..stepped into chicken licken soshanguve bought myself soul sister 4 around 10am then went on my day .</p> <p>the time I opened the food I am far from chicken licken and its aa couple of hours later around 2pm ... I find my chicken looking old like its yesterdays chicken 1st customers of the day eat yesterday food ..it tasted funny stile and hard to chow o couldn't eat that anymore..look I know my chicken.licken I buy it regularly this was a disappointment to really.. I hope you don't go in the morning as ul find yesterday food</p> <p> </p>
