I moved my entire portfolio to Liberty in 2020 and, unfortunately, have experienced continuous challenges with communication, follow-up, and overall client service. After my original advisor left the company (something I only discovered when I contacted her to update my details after relocating). I was referred to a new advisor in my area. Although she was enthusiastic initially, her follow-up became inconsistent and extremely slow, often taking weeks or even months to respond. In April this year, I reached out to update my portfolio to reflect a significant increase in income and requested assistance with transferring a paid-up RA from another provider. Despite submitting all the necessary paperwork, the process stalled again. I was told I would be contacted for a medical, but months later I was informed that this advisor, too, had left the company. I then contacted Liberty’s head office directly, expressing my concern about the ongoing lack of continuity and accountability. I specifically requested an experienced financial advisor, someone who values long-term client relationships and provides timely, proactive service. I was reassigned to a “senior” advisor who assured me that he is part of management and would personally prioritise my needs. While the transfer to his books was handled swiftly, weeks once again passed with no communication. When I finally received a quote and requested clarity on the next steps to proceed, I received no response. That was in August. After nearly five years with Liberty, it’s deeply disappointing to feel like just another number rather than a valued client. The lack of consistency, communication, and accountability across multiple advisors has eroded my confidence in the company and sadly I will be moving my portfolio elsewhere. #JustAnotherNumber #BlackFriday

Sadly I have been yet another of this company's victims. I actually did a "hello peter" search for them before placing my order, but somehow they didn't come up. Only when I wanted to write a review did I see the numerous other complaints. I placed an order on 16 July, money was deducted and my order accepted, but no further communication. I should probably have known when the PayFlex Payment option (that was listed) didn't work that something was up. Thank goodness I didn't order more than one product and that I always use a virtual credit card for online purchases! This company seems to be a ****. No comments can be made on social channels, phone number doesn't work and email communication is non existent. Best Avoid them!
I recently has an accident with my laptop. I submitted my claim and was called instantly. Slindile, the consultant, was so helpful and even helped me to get the specifications of my previous laptop in order to process the claim as quickly as possible. My claim was processed and the money was in my account within 5 days! No hassles or struggles, just great service. Thanks OUTSurance!
As much as it pains me to write this review, something has to be done to get any form of reaction from this company. I love Ree Collective and have purchased many of their backpacks from Checkers in the past, however over December I purchased one directly through their online store. The delivery was delayed due to their holiday closure (which wasn't indicated online on their mobile site), but I was fine with it after getting an automated reply that they are closed until the 15th of January. I however found the same backpack at another Checkers store over the holidays and sent them several emails to please cancel my order and not send the backpack as I no longer needed it and it was time sensitive. NO REPLY to this day! The backpack was in fact sent, and I have sent numerous emails to return it to both email addresses provided on their website with absolutely no feedback. I have sent messages on their social media platforms and noticed other customers complaining about the same problem in the comments. As a mom myself, I totally get that life happens. But not communicating anything to customers who have been waiting since mid December for a response is unacceptable. I am sitting with a bag, still in the courier packaging, that I no longer need, and my return window according to their returns policy is closing. Small businesses in SA mean so much to us as moms, and it is not fun having to write reviews like these, but customer service is super important, whether you are a small business or a national chain. I truly hope that this matter can be resolved quickly.
A sigh of doubt every time a package has to be delivered by Fastway. I have had countless bad experiences with Fastway Couriers over the course of the last two years in two different cities and the support is basically non existent. Not once has a Fastway delivery been on time. It is always a day or two late and the note on the delivery always blames the recipient not being available. I expected a package in November which was delivered almost a week late even after querying it twice online and when calling the depot a day after I was promised delivery, to find out why the driver had **** and said I wasn't accepting his call (which I was expecting and waiting for) I was rudely told that they are extremely busy and I must just be patient. We are currently expecting a package which was booked for collection on the 30th of December before 10:00am. Although we were expecting some delays due to the Festive Season and public holidays, it is now the 2nd of January and it still has not even been collected yet. Tried phoning the support number listed on the waybill - it's not being answered due to high call numbers and refers you to their Whatsapp line, which also is of absolutely no help as the bots keep saying there's a technical error.
We landed in George after a very quick move and my biggest concern was my kids, as I had just gone through finding them a daycare months before. I found Heeltyd Speeltyd through a few online recommendations and met with them and immediately felt at ease. Tannie Aletta and her team love your kids as their own. My kids have been so happy and I could see the growth in them both physically and emotionally. They have truly helped to make our move to George so much easier.
Little and Co is truly your one stop shop if you are expecting or if you are a mom. They stock a wide range of products from pacifiers to supplements and clothing from big brands like Bibs, Frigg, Ubuntubaba and more. What makes them great is that you can get all these great products in one place without having to pay multiple shipping fees from different suppliers. Their service is exceptional and they're shipping is so quick! Would definitely recommend Little and Co to anyone who is looking for the perfect place to get a baby shower gift. They even compile gift boxes for you!
Such a great little gem in George for moms. They stock brands like Bibs, Frigg, Rooted Natural, Nurture 1 and more, which are not always readily available. I had to always order my Bibs dummys online, but now they are just around the corner! Their service is also great.
They have been our internet service provider for years and have been great from the install to even moving house with us. If something isn't working their tech support assists within minutes and they inform you when something is down on their end. They even assisted remotely when hubby accidentally reset our router.
