As an adviser, INN8 is a great tool to have, being able to save on long complicated application processes and are range of different types of investments. The support from the INN8 teams is fantastic compared to other companies that i have worked with in the past.
After 3 days and 4 calls, by fibre line has not been fixed. Your call centre agents are polite but it doesnt help that they are not resolving the lack of internet that i have had for days now.
Complete lack of competency and service.
Cancels my card saying it was stolen, and that I must go to the bank to get a new card. They don't call to tell me this they just cancel my card. I find out about this, when I try to buy dinner and I get told the transaction is declined.... So no food for me this Sunday, 1hour and 30 mins on the phone and waiting for a standard bank to tell me what has happened, (false promises of callbacks wasting 30 mins more of my night), only to get told i have to go to the branch to get it all unblocked. How is this ok? My card is not stolen, except for one about 4 years ago, which i replaced with the current card... So someone can call standard bank 4 years later and claim my card was stolen and get all my accounts cancelled? I couldn't even talk about my account without going through security checks, how can someone: get my account cancelled with 4-year-old information; cause me to take time of work to go to the branch; and time contacting Standard Bank; no access to money; without even letting me know????????
Great, quick and easy service offer by Francois Grobler from Mit Mak Motors. I urgently needed a good car, that wouldn't give issues and wouldn't cost an arm and a leg, and Mr Grobler helped me apply for finance 3 times, got me a low-interest rate, and guaranteed that the car would have no issues and if it did, they would come and fetch it and get it fixed ASAP. Now that is a service that would have been highly appreciated at other dealerships that I have used in the past. Absolutely discussing service. 30 mins later to follow up on an upgrade. Bounced from one person to the next. Told lie after lie. When I am trying to follow up on business I had already agreed to give vodacom... Lol what a joke.
