When I tried to get into the app my app pin number was blocked. I could not make calls on my phone. The following day I went to an atom to swipe and there were not funds. And all the Tieback agents in town were already gone home. On Wednesday I went to MTN service provider to redo a Sims wipe on my number that was blocked by the ****. I also called TYmebank toll free number and told them of what happened and they said will transfer my case to ***** department and will come back to me on the 8th Dec. My case number was CaseS-111034 and Case ID:GDF-123913. They come back on the 4th Dec saying that will be no refund (Without saying the reasons behind their verdict) My question this **** was done whilst I WAS AT HOME ANDMY PHONE HACKED. Please note the Water pump is new, of which the other components idler puller and belt are not covered by the plan, please refer to the policy wording for components covered 15 and 16 of 33. The information provided concludes that the idle pulley is defective and not the water pump. The idle pulley once again is not a covered component, and therefore the outcome remains unchanged. Good day I just wanted to complain about the horrible/very bad service that I have First of all I’m on one of the people who are insured with Apex motor warranty On the 13th of April 2023 I took my car to King Williams Town Car service city because I was hearing the noise on my engine on the following day King Williams Car service city sent me the reports for the diagnosis to me and also to Apex motor waranty,since then I waited without a car waiting for Apex to respond to me or to King Williams Town car service city yesterday the 25th April 2023 I decided to call them and ask what’s the delay and there no reason not to check on my claim, they diagnosis detected two problems on the report and they say one of the problem is not covered and the second one is covered ,now they say I must submit more report but by the look of the report is Cleary that my water pump needs to be replaced and reason being stated there, this morning morning ive spoke to two different consultants in Apex motor warranty 1.Nicol and 2.Anthia they also said to me they won't be able to assist me further they are rejected my claim. can you please hello Peter help me because I’m working and taking my kids to school with that car since I took a taxi several times this is inconveniencing me a lot, Those guys they keep on deducting R419.00 every 15th of each month And also by the agreement or according to the policy the water pump replacement is there in the contract I've got all the documents relating to this matter Thank you My contact details are: 073 4213 152 and 073 588 9037

Hi, ON the 27 November 2020 Friday, in bought a BRND NEW Dexon TV at Cash Crusaders in King Williams town at a price of R4300.00. I took the TV to my place using my private car, on my arrival I connected the TV SURTADAY WITH NO PROBLEMS. I CONNNECTED THE TO THE DSTV.. AND TO THE EXTENTION CORD. ALL THE DAYS AS FROM SATADAY THE TV DISPLAYED PICTURES WITH NO PROBLEMS AND CHALLENGIES.UP UNTILL THUESDAY NIGHT WHEN I WAS SWITCHING IT ONN THERE WAS NO RESPONSE.. THE TV WAS REFLRCTING BLANK ON THE SCREEN WITH NO PICTURES, BUT THERE WAS SOUND LIKE IT’S A RADIO FM BUT NO PICTURES. THE TV IHLALA ON THE TV STAND IT WAS NEVER GOT DISTABED SINCE IT WAS CONNECTED.. THE ONLY ISSUE I NOTICED WAS THT IT SWITCHED OFF BY IT SELF AFTER SOME TIME WHILE PLAYING IT JUST COUNT IT SELF. AFTER I HAS EXPIRIENCED THIS PROBLEM OF NOT DISPLAYING THE PICTURES , CONTACTED THE LADY WHO WAS ASSISTING ME SINCE I HAD HER TELEPHONE NUMBER, I EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM THAT THE TV IS NOT DISPLAYING ANY PICTURES BUT YOU CAN HEAR THE SOUNDS, THE LADY ASKED ABOU THE CABLES OF THE TV IF IM USING THE CABLES , YELLO, WHITE & RED CABLES , I TOLD HER THT NO IM NOT USING ANY CABLE EVEN MY PREVIOUS TV WAS NOT USING ANY CABLES. FRIDAY AFTER WORK THE TV WAS GIVIN ME SAME PROMES WAS NOT REFLECTING ON THE SCREEN ANY PICTURES UNTIL I TOOK THE TV BACK TO THE SHOP. THE RESPONSIBLE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL PHONE THE TECHNICIANS TO CHECK THE TV AS THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT COULD BE THE REAL PROBLEM. THEY CALLED ME ON THE FOLLOWING DAY SATADAY ON THE 05 DECEMBER WITHIN 7 DAYS I BOUGHT THE TV , THEY TOLD ME THAT THE TV HAS CRACKED INSIDE, NOT THE NORMAL SCREEN THEY HAVE SHOW ME ON THE TIME I BOUGHT THE TV. NOW THEY SHOWED ME THE OTHER INTERNAL SCREEN.
