Greetings DISGUSTING IS ALL THAT COMES TO MIND. Absolute worst burger I have ever PAID for. I decided to try to support takeways considering the current situation and the closure of restaurants but it seems Big Al's is just trying their best to keep customers AWAY. Please stop using PROCESSED I&J BURGERS that have been crumbled to hide the fact that is its a R5 pattie. It is shameful that your franchise cannot bother to use real beef or atleast a Mince pattie! The chips had so much oil the packet wad drenched(i have pictures). I would like a refund please, please contact me. This is a rip-off
On the 27th of Feb i took my 7 week old pup to the Highveld branch. I was recommended and sold puppy food meant for small breed dogs yet they saw that i had a Labrador which is a large breed dog. Being a pet store you would think taking the advice of the staff is a good thing, but no! These guys just stand around the store waiting to make a sale rather than actually give knowledgeable help. There are no excuses for this, i took the puppy into the Petstore so its not a matter of a mistake due to mis-communication or anything, this is just plain down untrained staff ! I have under fed my pup since the 27th of Feb (3 TIMES LESS THAN WHAT SHE SHOULD BE EATING), when i though there was an issue i took her into the vet for a check up, the Vet was shocked to know that i was recommended the wrong product by a pet store that has been operating for some time.
A very warm shout out to GUY SHELDON at Toyota Freeway. He is very customer focused and has definitely exceeded my expectations on service delivery. If only all Toyota employees were so accommodating. Thanks very much for assisting with the parts on my GT86 and going out of your way to accommodate my requests timeously. I will definitely be using Freeway Toyota again

I was a a petrol station having my tyre pressure checked as I do almost every 3 days during my fuel run. It was brought to my attention by one of the attendants that a bubble had developed on one of my tyres.Note that I have a Michelin primacy 3 205/45/17. I had the spare put on immediately. I contacted Michelin to ask where I could have my tyre replaced as the bubble surely developed on its own. I was told to log a case as my closest dealer. I did so, however the Michelin rep could only attend to my call after 2 weeks, I had called the rep and agreed to meet him where he was so I could speed up the process. I met the rep out of my own will over 25km from my area. Upon inspection the rep insisted, without proper justification, that the bubble had developed because of impact damage. There was zero physical signs of impact not even the slightest scratch to justify that my tyre had come into contact with a foreign object, and I mean zero. When I told him this he says ,there are signs ,very slight, and you can see it if you look carefully. He proceeded to bend the tyre on the spot where the bubble was to show me a line that is less than 0.5mm, and yes I mean 0.5mm. this in no way suggests that there was an impact. He made more scratchs on the tyre using a little *****driver tool of his to try and show me where he could see sign of impact. If there was an impact that is severe enough to cause a bubble, then there would literally be physical damage to the exterior of the tyre ,but there was not. Either Michelin tyres are pathetically weak or you guys are liars ,cheats and thief's. These tyres are costly and your service is pathetic, your reps are biased!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!the only scratchs on my tyre are those made by your rep during the inspection. I once had a bubble on a Dunlop tyre and they clearly admitted to it being a manufacturers defect unlike Michelin who refuse to admit it was a fault on their part. I demand to have my tyre replaced! I will not let this slide and let yet another automotive giant take advantage of a customer!! Please look at the pictures I have attached and tell me if you see a sign of impact, let alone an impact large enough to cause a bubble.
