Excellent service
I took an old pair of reading glasses to the branch at Clearwater Mall with a broken arm. Even though I had got the glasses from a different branch a few years ago they found an almost identical arm and did a perfect repair. They were quick and friendly

Good Cook-at-home Meal Kits
Clean plate supplies Cook-at-home Meal Kits which are easy to cook and very tasty. The ingredients are fresh and only require minimal preparation. They have an interesting and varied selection crafted by an accomplished chef. This is gourmet cooking. The service is good and I have had reliable next day deliveries.

Good service moving house
We recently moved from glenvista johannesburg to Little Falls Roodepoort using stuttaford van lines. Although they are not cheap the service is worth it. They were friendly, very helpful and efficient. We have old furniture that we value and we had virtually no damage. They were on time and no unnecessary delays

Bad service from estate agency
I made a booking to review a property with Lead Home The booking was confirmed and I got multiple reminders but when I arrived at the appointment they were not there. When I phoned to sort it out, they told me there is nothing they could do.

Website inadequate search engine and poor product descriptions
The builders warehouse website search engine is inaccurate and their product information is incomplete. I searched or aluminium angles and found an angle strip which specified the length o the legs and the length o the strip but not the thickness and showed material as metal. more than half the elements on the periodic tale are metals so this description is meaningless. i suspect the mean mild steel not aluminium.

Great foods by Jozi's Kitchen
Jozi's Kitchen provides freshly prepared frozen meals delivered to your door. Their service was excellent, the food is well packaged and very tasty. I am very happy with the quality and convenience. The only improvement i would like to see is better communication about delivery times.

Good service from Simsgas

telcom cant deal withe reports on infrastructure problems
Telcom has no effective method of reporting damaged infrastructure. A pole fell down on my property which resulted in le line hanging across my drive and a public road and when i reported this they shunted me from pillar to post. even put me through to sales but they still have not reacted after 5 weeks. the staff at the shopping centers have not been adequately trained to handle infrastructure issues. they are all ineffective.
