I sent a claim on 19 January, to be refunded to me. Queried on 4 February, the agent said it's on pay status but there's no payment date. 17 February I followed up again via WhatsApp, Busisiwe still can't confirm the payment date. She does not read to understand and clearly need some training. I submitted another claim for service rendered on 9 February. I NEED A PAYMENT DATE!!! What's taking so long to pay claims if you have pay runs every Tuesday and Thursday???? Please contact me. 84000042871

I find myself calling like an idiot because consultants cannot read an email. I've requested an upgrade (within the scope of what the scheme allows). My email is misread, no one takes time to respond to my questions. Instead I get the membership certificate with incorrect information. Cherry on top, the consultant informs me she cannot call me back as she's going to get an incoming call after dropping my call... I don't have millions to spend on my mobile phone calling Fedhealth. DO BETTER!!!! I'm expecting a call from a senior. Done speaking to *********** consultants
WOW so don't Virgin Active reply to HP reviews? PUTRID Company! My account I never had was handed over and yet, I've sorted this out in March. I have messages from a sales consultant confirming the account was cleared. PLEASE SORT OUT YOUR SH*** and call me to resolve this once and for all!!!
<p>I'm so frustrated with debt busters at the moment! I've had my Policy paid for by Hollard after I was retrenched. On 10 May I informed Malieka at Insurance busters that I'm employed again. I get an email from Raeez Rutledge at debtbusters asking me for my banking details as my payment method is set to EFT. His email to me reads: This may have changed when you got retrenched and your credit life insurance took over your payments. Unfortunately I can't change your payment method without the debit order mandate form. I have looked at your documents on our system and I couldn't find a copy there either.</p> <p>Now what happened to my banking details when I signed up with Debtbusters? This is UNACCEPTABLE! RAEEZ is repeating himself like a parrot, I don't ever want to deal with him. I've asked him for his managers email/contact details. </p> <p>Seems to me like managers at Debtbusters are too afraid to deal with customers!! What client service is that? This is clearly not complying with TCF.</p> <p>NOW I WANT A MANAGER TO CALL ME to sort out this ****! If you guys cannot re-instate my banking details to debit my personal account in time for the 25th of this month I'm taking my business elsewhere. </p>
I purchased Hake and 6 prawns for R186 and I'm so disgusted and disappointed in the Cresta branch. The hake was paper thin and the prawns was half my finger in size. I will never support this restaurant again. It's a total rip off!!!
I have changed my contract from RAIN LTE to Telkom LTE. It's a struggle to get damn assistance on this whatsApp USELESS chat! I'm being told I will get billed pro-rated for my Telkom contract on top of the new months amount on 01 June. Why must I pay for 2 contracts whereas I can only use 1 sim in the router???? I have paid my RAIN LTE premium on 1 May which is for the month of May and as soon as I insert the Telkom sim, I will get billed the pro-rated amount? This is a RIP OFF!! Someone better call me ASAP as I refuse to pay for 2 contracts. Pro-rate my data on the Telkom sim as I've paid for May month already
I need to change my package and I cannot see why it should be this difficult. Chatting via whatsapp, telling my whole story just for the chat to end!!! This is poor customer service.
I'm at my WITS END!!!!!!!!!!! I renewed my policy as it expired or I took out a new policy. Old policy debited on 25 May and the new one on 03 May??????????? Please call me to explain this because I'm not paying for two policies! Your service is PUTRID! NO JOY WHATSOEVER. I've sent an email in May and to date NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
