Bad service
I have a 3rd party claim with these people and a certain Rensia is very rude and is giving me the run around with a claim.... They don't wanna give me a claim number from old mutual insure!!! ******* company

Poor service
FNB is a very unprofessional bank. I paid up a personal loan I had in June and a revolving loan but to this date they do not want to give me a paid up letter, they are still deducting from my account and they send me from pillar to post when I call them!!!

Unreliable and unprofessional
The drivers are unprofessional and they lie! They did not deliver my parcel nor contact me but instead they wrote a report that I was unavailable whilst I waited all day for my parcel. I called to enquire and the consultant promised it will be dispatched yesterday (29/06/2020) but it was not, I called again today (30/06/2020) with no help!

Refusal of investment payout
Actually old Mutual deserves no star rating!! They claim to help people but they don’t! I have an investment with them and after some financial difficulties i decided to make it payed up so they refuse to give me my money claiming that the policy is on “Restriction “ . How I’m I expected to borrow money when I have money stashed away at old Mutual and it’s not even getting any interest! Old crooks that’s what they are.
