I bought two 32inch screens on Black Friday. There is supposed to be speakers in it, but cannot get a peep out of it, and Windows doe not pick up any speakers. The website is a disaster, looping and bringinbg you back to the start anytime, and there menu does not cover sound issues.
Sent my driver to collect a RECTANGULAR downpipe extension of 900mm. Invoiced correctly, but given 2 ROUND downpipes with shoes on both. Obviuosly the storeman waqs smoking something on the Friday afternoon, now I have to travel the 20+km to them on a Saturday to return their stuff. I'll definitely insist on a refund for 40km travel.
Ordered an item from them beginning of September. Keep getting e-mails that the consignment is on it's way, then I had to pay the VAt and import duties. Paid it, now more than two weeks later they are still wanting payment for this. The bot on their website is useless and they do not answer the teleohone number they supply. Total ****!
I was "upgraded" from Amex Platinum to their Centurion card, which is supposedly "THE CARD" globally. The fee is the highest of any credit/ debit cards and the service is the worst. IN THREE YEARS HAVE NOT HAD ON GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM and I think Amex is doing their business i disservice to allow Nedbank to run this card the way they do.
They have just done the worst floor I have seen in 48 years in the building industry, and Jaques's attitude is even worse than the floor. Currently getting the industry watchdogs out to investigate, but AVOID them!
