In 2023 I brought couch s from best electric and paid within 12 months since 2025 I have been reporting at the store they are damage but am not getting any help from the store I also bought a bet it damaged and am still paying for the bed the service at the store is very poor since last year August I was promised they will collect the couch but am still waiting, my warranty/Guarantee is about to end soon for the couch
I recently had a loan with you settled it last month to my surprise it was deducted again in December where else it settled called you customer care told will be refunded within 3 day still I have not received my money am really disappointed as am loyal custer and this is not the first time money was withdraw in my account

I have been banking with capitec for years now and had take several loans which were paid without any defaults, recently I was retrench and had a loan with them which had only 5 months to be paid, send all the necessary forms to them as I knew my loan was cover in insurance was surprised to hear I was declined, how will I be able to pay for that if am not working. Today I went with my cousin to rustenburg home affairs to do first issue of birth certificate for her children ,because she has never done them in the first place,to my surprise we were send back told that they only issue birth for children born from 23 March 2020.so it means we can't register them for policies and for social grant as the is no one working .
