I have been querying the incorrect billing on my virgin active account since September 2023 with no help called multiple time spoke to multiple agents who keep saying they will go back to the call recordings. Now the amount is redicoulsy high my gym membership was never cancelled at any point as no one cared to cancel when I requested it to be when I was going through health issues. Called again in 11 March 2024 at 15:45 spoke to Bianca Ross as I wanted to reinstate my membership she said she will escalate and get back to me but she never did. Today I spoke to Jabulile at 10:54 who proceeded to tell me that I dont have a choice to pay for whatever is on my account even though she could correlate the amounts I paid and the records she should have in the system. She then said she will try to transfer me but instead dropped the call. Can someone call me and resolve this ASAP as I need my membership reinstated.
Can someone please fix my account, it has taken so many phone and being **** to by your agents. I can't even go to the gym. The last agents told me that they will be reviewing my call recording and revert back to me in 24 hours but its been more than 2 weeks now without feedback.
I am writing this and will write this on other platforms for anyone who has a desire of getting a building loan from FNB Building Loans, unless if you want to want to commit suicide through the stress you will encounter whilst you are trying to build your home. My credit score is in shambles now and my health has drastically deteriorated since I have started building my house through FNB. Today again they were supposed to pay the contractor and apparently there's a limitation on the system that Simphiwe Dhlamini and his team were not aware of. I escalated to the team leader Keletso, Francois, Ray, Chris and a phone call has been received with yet another explanation that confirms that the Building loan department doesn't know what its doing which means I have to make means to pay the contractor yet again from my pocket because of the incompetence of FNB. This is not the first occurrence, it started with the building schedule being modified without my knowledge not being the original one I submitted which affected the payout of my foundation, then future payments which evaluations weren't consistent with the job completed. All this caused me to constantly fight with the contractor as payments were not honored in time. The beauty of it they distance themselves from contractor agreements telling you are that you are solely responsible to ensure that you dont bridge the agreement which means you have to take additional loans whenever there's a shortfall. My friend went through the same ordeal when he was building years ago however I thought they had improved over the years which I was wrong. Imagine borrowing money whilst you have a retention of over R700 K that can still be used on a house that just needs to paved, and carpentry done but your bank is giving you a run around for the R62k they promised to pay days ago but cant understand the issue on their system. Their slogan must be changed to how can we stress you. I was thinking of switching and making FNB my primary bank after building but I am definitely taking the loan to Standard Bank once I am done I should've never tried going over and trying another bank. I just have to endure the next few month until the house is 100% complete with this horrible bank FNB and hope as well as pray that they will not stress me any further. I can officially and safely say FNB Building Loans department is the worst, what a worst building experience with them. Simphiwe Dhlamini seems like he doesnt know what his job entails and the managers/team leads just dont give a ish. The evaluation team as well. I was giving Keletso Matsoso some grace but she proved to me its just an FNB thing to treat customers like ****. Mere feedback feels like you are begging for their money or something., As if I am not going to be the one paying for this homeloan
I need this sorted as soon as possible, I am gutted and mortified by the service I’ve received at Mercedes Constatia. They denied to fix my brake pads claiming that I have a limit with I asked to speak to the manager who just told me that that’s how things are and I have to pay for the brake pads even though my Premium drive booklet clearly states that I am covered till 100 000km / 6 years with zero contributions for the customers. He then turned to Tanya the service advisor and started speaking in Afrikaans as if I was not there. As I was just shocked and in disbelief he didn’t even acknowledge my presence and left. At this point Tanya is showing me a plan on the site which didn’t align with the plan I am in possession of, which I received from the dealership when I purchased my car. She then tells me that’s what the Sales people at Mercedes do. They lie to clients. So at this point I am surprised because the Service documentation I have was not printed by my sales person. I need my brake pads fixed and the ****** at Constatia to be investigated this cannot be tolerated. Treatment to clients is based on their skin tone and if one is black they have to be acceptive of being profiled and **** to even though you know what you have read. The manager even had the audacity to tell me that he also works at Mercedes when I alluded that I have informed the sales person of this incident and he said that there was no such a clause and they are liable for fixing them at no additional cost to me. To add to this they took my car on Friday 26 May 2023 without even offering me a courtesy car. I only received it back today the 29th May 2023 with the same issues
My mortified by the Mercedes Benz dealerships, I took in my car in Sandton for a service and they didn't change my break pads as they were making noise because apparently from the service advisor they no longer change all break pads for all vehicles they just clean them and put them back. Due to asbestos being harmful to the Green Economy that's now the Mercedes way and I was also assured that the noise will quiet down. However it got louder. Then decided to take the car to Constantia Mercedes as they managed to change my brake pads the last time. Then the service advisor told me I am not covered for them anymore as I have used all 4 break pads they provided. I was shocked because I only changes break pads once the last time they skimmed them when they did my Brake discs. I want that proof which they cant even provide and I want my brake pads sorted. The lies
The trauma I have experienced with Building loans I cannot put into words, building my dream home has been a nightmare experience through FNB Building loans that I dread everytime I have to get a progress draw. At this point I just want to see my house completed. It seems only 2 people understand what has to happen in Building Loan department (Keletso & Keketso) and the rest they will put you through hell for a mere progress payment. Stupid mistakes are made, no feedback is given. I literally have to explain 100 times before anything is done correctly. Can someone who know and hence a sense of urgency call me with regards to the payment in alignment to the invoice which was submitted. I have a builder hounding me because of needing to be paid. And to hear statements like "He knows that he will eventually get paid" is utter nonsense he has every right to demand to be paid
Can someone from this bank call me and finally correct their mistakes instead on apologising and making the same mistakes/
To Keletso Matsoso and Keketso Masaleng thank you for always being customer centric, to a point that I wish that anyone I recommend FNB to could just deal with you as you know how to treat and go an extra mile with your clients. You truly live up to the "How can we help you" Slogan by providing top quality customer service as well maintaining responsible behavior in all you do. Thank you
My prescribed minimum benefit was billed to my saving, last year I managed to get my savings which were supposed to be covered by my medical aid benefit reimbursed however when I call Discovery today for the claim I am told that no longer can work. What am I paying a whole R7000 monthly for? Can someone who knows what they are doing call me from Discovery and sort this out.
