SSDA keeps on calling me via a cellphone number to say that my MTN contract has been handed over to them. I have contact MTN and on two different occasions MTN has stated that my contract is not handed over, and I have copied SSDA in all these emails as well, but they persist on calling me, but they never respond on the emails that are send to them. I have even asked that they sort it out with MTN as MTN has stated my account is not handed over, and my account is still active and not suspended. I keep telling SSDA this when they call, but they just call again the next day. So this problem is still not sorted out, and I am beginning to feel that there is something fishy going on. The ref SSDA gave me is **********. This has now been going on for a few weeks now. But SSDA always fails to respond on any emails sent to them. Nothing is getting sorted out, and the will be consequences is SSDA blacklists my ID, as I have the correspondence with MTN that i am not handed over. I want this sorted out and my name to be cleared.

Like others before me, I have received an email back with a letter attached stating I have gotten the position (But no company name and no interview was held) and that they require me to do a background check on myself and to send the results to them. The emails attached on the letter are service@checks24.co.za and checks24southafrica@g,ail.com. Before I did anything i goggled P.R.N and came across the reviews of it being a SCAM on hellopeter.
After checking my upgrade date on the mtn app, and receiving a notification that i can upgrade my mtn contract in April 2021, I proccedded to go to MTN Wonderboom Junction in Pretoria, the person who assisted me proccedded to tell me that I can not upgrade, and that I can only upgrade in July as their policy has changed. I told him I received notification that I can upgrage. He just said that if I want to upgrade I would have to pay R700 for the remaining months on the current contract. I then left the store. When I got home, I called MTN customercare, and they confirmed that I can do an upgrage, as I am in the 3 month period leading up to my expirey date of my current contract. I am highly upset about the createment I have received from MTN Wonderboom Junction, as i have always gone their in the past. This treatment was unacceptable, and I waisted my time. It just feels like the person (I failed to get his name) did not want to assist me. I will not be returning to that shop in the future

Because if it is true that Telkom is taking preferenceover higher paying customer's Telkom cannot expect the rest to pay for a service they are not currently getting. You are supposes to treat your customers fairly and equally." "Since I have yet to receive a reply from Telkom, I am herby letting you know I Will NOT be paying for the days that my wifi is not working, as Telkom has failed on their side to provide me with a service, and to notify me of any changes. I feel this is fair since Telkom clearly does not give a damn about their small customers, and because of this I will be looking else where for service and will be cancelling my service with Telkom shortly." These are the messages i have sent to Telkom in the last couple of days with no response, nothing. I dont feel i should pay for a service I am currently not getting because I am a customer on a lower level contract. Telkom is not treating their customers equally or fairly as the lower line customers are suffering while the ones that pay more are not affected. And the fact that Telkom cant even contact their customers about what is going on. I have received no communication from them. And I am very very unhappy about this. I will be going elsewhere with my money and I will not pay for this service as i am not receiving one. Why should i pay my monthly fee when i get nothing out of it?
The Pretoria North branch of Post Office is utter pathetic and useless. For the last few months their power has been constantly off, forcing people to wait for their parcels and packages. The staff are very few and not very helpful. One in particular is unfriendly and rude to customers and is never very helpful.
<p>I applied for a 4meg adsl line at the end of June 2016. I gave all my details and filled in the application form. This was at telkom wonderpark in pretoria. The then told me two weeks to authenticate. After two weeks i heard nothing and went to see them, they said no, 21 working days. After that period i still had not heard from them. So once again i went back to find out whats going on. The lady then could not even find my application on the system and took my details to find out whats going on. I am really upset with this service from telkom. If i could go elsewhere i would as this is unacceptable in terms of customer service. </p>
