FAULS ADVERTISING Goldstone Jewellers
Please be careful when buying 9ct gold jewelery at Goldstone Jewellers use to trade as NWJ. On their website they advertise as 9ct gold but it's not 9ctgold its plated. Last week i bought a 9ct gold pendent n chain at Goldstone Jewellers when i phoned to confirm delivery and my order I was directed to so many people just to find out only the pendant was 9ct gold the chain was plated. On their website they say 9ct gold pendent & chain, use will think you buying both which are 9ct gold but they fauls advertise. They lie about the product on their website, please be careful if you looking to buy sold gold 9ct gold.

Bad Customer Service Cash Crusaders Florida - BEWARE
I just want to share my experience with you Cash Crusaders Florida. I bought a second and Lenovo laptop top R3400.00. I took the laptop home and we noticed a crack on it and it started giving us problems so I took it back. The owner Hans of Cash Crusader Florida is saying I was the one that dropped it. I told him that I did not drop it that this is how I bought it. He then sends it to a technician to get a quote on fixing i told him i want a refund i cant buy something that's broken. I ask Hans the owner if we can go through the cameras in the shop because it could have been bought like that or one of the employees drop it mistakenly. He is refusing to hear or look through the cameras, he is still insisting that i dropped the laptop and he is refusing to give me my refund of R3400.00. and i still wants me to pay R850 for the repairs. I don't know what to do but i feel like his steeling from me, i refused to take the laptop back I've been buying from Cash Crusaders Florida for me than 10 years for the owner Hans to treat me like that is unacceptable and i plan to take it further. How can we resolve this matter who can help me because i don't know what to do please help.

<p>As a dstv subcriber i always known it to be you pay your account you watch your dstv. It was 2 month i didnt pay my dstv June and July because of my finances i decided not to put it on until i can. I paid my dstv on the 29th July the amount of R450 thinking it will be fine they will reconnect my services to my suprise when call the dstv call centre they told me what i paid wasnt enough and i still need to pay another R200 more and R50 for reconnection they said the R200 was for the 2 months they disconnected me on the 8th. A couple of days go by and a get a message saying dstv handed me over to- ITC-BA for the amount of R205 i called and sorted it out. a day or 2 someone else calls and says i need to pay another R550 for them to reconnect my dstv. i honestly no if i dont pay i dont watch yes i understand i watched until the 8th which i need to pay for and then the reconnection, i dont understand how come i have to pay almost R1000 or more for dstv to reconnect me i honestly feel im getting robbed cause i've spoken to a few consultence and everybody had different stories about my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Very desappointed</p>
