If there were negative stars, I would gladly give them that. They don’t one red star! I had an incredibly frustrating experience with CCD Courier, marked by unprofessional behaviour and blatant dishonesty. I was scheduled to receive a delivery between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Wanting to confirm the delivery was on track, I called their office at 1:00 PM, where I was assured the delivery would still arrive. At 3:20 PM, I received a message stating the driver was just a few minutes away. Naturally, I expected the delivery shortly. However, by 3:56 PM, there was still no sign of the driver, so I called again, only to be told I had "missed the delivery." This was a blatant lie. I had my phone with me at all times. No one called me to notify me of their arrival, nor did they attempt to access my estate. If they had genuinely shown up, security would have contacted me immediately for entry. It’s clear they never even made the effort to deliver the package and instead chose to fabricate a story. It’s baffling that a company handling essential deliveries operates with such dishonesty and disregard for their customers’ time. If you value clear communication and reliable service, avoid CCD Courier at all costs. There’s no excuse for lying, just be honest and do the job properly. It’s hard to feel sorry when these drivers lose they jobs over lies
Where do I even begin - The reason I'm staying away from Telkom is because of Bradian Logistics, these guys are ****** and it's such a shame becuase I have been with Telkom for +10 years. I bought a S22 Ultra on contract for my wife, in April 2022. The phone starting giving network problems towards the end of 2022. We initially thought it was because of loadshedding but finally concluded that it was the phone. April 2023, we booked the phone in with Telkom Wonderpark, it was sent to Bradian Logistics. The phone was still under warranty. But Bradian sent us a quote for R20200 becuase the phone had a "deep dent on the LCD" therefore voiding the warranty. I of course rejected the quote and asked for my phone back, I had to pay R180 which I did. Upon receiving my phone back (22 May 2023) , it couldn't switch on because there was a problem with the software. When I booked the phone in, the software was fine and the phone was working perfectly with the exception of the network. Fine, Telkom advised me to take the phone to Samsung Kolonade at my own expense, which I did. Samsung Kolonade was quite surprised by the clumsy assessment from Radian Logistics becuase the phone DID NOT HAVE A DEEP DENT on the LCD (I even took pictures). The phone in near perfect condition. So Radian logistics probably damaged the motherboard or took a part from my phone and gave it to another customer. Guys, please stay as far away from any company that is affiliated with Bradian Logistics. Insure your phone with a credible insurer, I would suggest OutSurance (Impeccable service) Right now, I'm just waiting for two of my contracts with Telkom to end then I`m cutting all ties with them. Bradian Logistics is just pure trash.
I had a freak car accident on 27 December 2021, I immediately called King Price for assistance. Tow drunk came through within 30 minutes. The next day, I called KingPrice to put in a claim. Assessment on my car was done in Jan 2022, the car was a write off. Mr Mlungisi Gumede was assigned to validate my claim. KingPrice, please give Mr Mlungisi Gumede all the deserving accolades. He was very kind, professional and patient. He speaks very well and explains things clearly. Mr Gumede requested specific information related to my accident, I had no problem providing him all the information and giving King Price consent to check my credit, bank statements, etoll, movement, CCTV footage, etc. Today, I got news that my claim has been approved. Agreement of loss has been signed and sent to King Price. KingPrice, keep doing what you are doing. Your formula is working. To all clients of King Price, honesty is key. If you are ever in my situation, please be transparent and provide King Price with all the required information. Resistance will only add more delays. If you use your car for private matters, don’t ever use for business without telling KingPrice, make sure all your tyres are road worthy and that your car is serviced according to the manufacturer specifications and don’t drink and drive. If you do that, you will never have a problem with King Price of any insurer for that matter. I’m sad that I lost my car, I will never find another one like it. But I’m glad KingPrice was watching over me. Keep up the GREAT work
I was some what of a sceptic when it comes to pre owned car dealership. However, not only was I wrong, I was blown away by the quality of the used cars at Mit Mak. I am sorry for ever doubting. Alright, on September 23, I met a gentleman by the name of Fentse Mokgoko. I told him I wanted a BMW 3 series. On that very same day, I sent him all my documents and 2 days later, September 25, I picked up my car. Fentse Mokgoko, I want to thank you for your transparency, extensive explanation and professional. You have completely changed my views on this industry and your customer services was beyong incredible. This is how you get repeat customers. I will recommend Mit Mak to all my friends, colleague and acquaintances. Thank you, Fentse P.S. You have the same as my daughter.
DISGUSTED by the behaviour of DAWN WING - Driver called and left my parcel on the pavement. Shame on you and your lack or customer service
Words cannot express how disappointing this business, especially its Managing Director, Charles Mandaza. They say support black business but then Charles Mandaza happens. We paid fully to have furniture moved from Ermelo to EC, Leopard Movers were suppose to arrive in the afternoon of the 27/12/2019. It is now 10h40 pm, Charles Mandaza does not answer his phone, we phoned at least 30 times, we left him numerous emails. No one at this company is keeping us informed on the expecter arrival time. We are proceeding with legal action should this thief and his corrupt company not pick up our furniture tomorrow or give us our full refund. People, please go with reputed companies, pay the hefty fee and please please AVOID LEOPARD MOVERS and stay very far from CHARLES MANDAZA.
